“Bryant was awesome and so easy to work with. I never felt pressured whatsoever and for the first time ever truly enjoyed a car buying experience. Juan in financing brought down my monthly payment as best he could with my less than perfect credit and was also very personable. I was in and out of there in record time! My appointment was at 9:30am and I was driving off the lot in my new car right around noon!”

“Don’t buy used vehicles from this location. The truck also needed to go into the shop for repairs right after purchasing . They don’t care about quality of the vehicles they sell.
This was a 2024 F350 with 19,000 miles.”

“My girlfriend and I worked with salesman Flynn. He was very great from start to finish. Respected our price range while making honest and great suggestions. Found a car we liked and he was able to keep it in our price range as well. Some of the optional features he made clear they were optional but described their importance which we appreciated. Flynn said he does not force anything onto his clients and it felt like we were in control the entire time. The finance manager was able to get us in quick and did not push a bunch of warranties we would never want or need, which was great. Entire staff there is friendly. Flynn had to work on another vehicle sale from out of state at the same time and he balanced it very well. He was constantly checking in on us making sure financing was going smooth. Highly recommend Flynn, he stated he is not commission so we never felt any pressure.”

“Buckle up because I honestly don’t think one star sums up the experience we had, maybe negative stars would. We went to purchase a vehicle and had our own financing. While we test drive the truck we wanted, we noticed something was off when it started up. We asked them to look at this before purchase. They said everything was fine, come to find out it was leaking oil that their service department noticed but chose to “wash it off”. While we were waiting for financing we said about 5-6 times we weren’t putting any cash down, the sales advisor also said “we aren’t shopping you” while my phone is buzzing off the hook with all these different credit inquiries. Nice lie, Once we get to finance the guy says “so how are you paying your cash down?”. Cool move, we decided to put cash down at this point for the warranty. Right at 2 weeks with the truck it shuts off randomly while my husband has a 9month old and a 9year old in the car, in the middle of traffic, truck doesn’t start for a few minutes. We take it in same day, this is where we found out that they saw the oil, days go by and they give us the run around saying “warranty is giving them a hard time”. Days later, not kidding over a week at this point they’ve had the truck, someone from service tells us that finance sold us an INVALID warranty. Oh fun, then sales offers to “make it right” by doing a trade in. They tell us “we will eat the negative equity and put 2K down of our money”…. No my 2K that I originally put down and they only covered a portion of the negative equity for a trade in. At last but not least we settle on a trade we sign the papers on 1/31, they say “the car will be ready 2/3” and of course…. We get the car on 2/5… because it wasn’t ready. Save yourself the stress and do not buy here.”
