“I worked with James Jimenez and it was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a dealership. He made sure all of my boxes were checked and continued to make sure everything ran smoothly even after I left the lot. The general manager Bryan introduced himself as well. My experience with Airpark was nothing short of excellent.”

“My husband and I just recently had a baby in September. We were looking for a safer secondary car as my husband had an older 2014 Jeep patriot (that we purchased from Airpark years ago) that I felt we needed to upgrade. Since we just had the baby, we were looking at cars but unable to go to the dealership as, anyone with a new baby will tell you, it’s a lot of work to leave the house! Since we’ve purchased cars through Airpark in the past, we knew that’s where we wanted to look for our next buy. We were able to find an amazing 2021 Nissan Rogue with low miles and in great condition (from what we could see) online. When showing interest in the car, the sales person, Ryan Budrewicz, went out of his way to bring the Nissan to us to test drive. It was amazing how he was willing to go above and beyond for us to accommodate our needs. We fell in love with the car and Airpark worked with us so we could do all the paperwork online. It was such a quick and easy process. In fact, it was so efficient, Ryan even delivered the car to us that night! I was so impressed with their dedication to helping us get a wonderful new (to us!) car that I feel safe having my baby in. This is our third time buying a car from Airpark and I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for their next vehicle.”

“Documented Price Manipulation & Non-Transparent Sales Practices - READ ENTIRE REVIEW IT WILL SAVE YOU THOUSANDS AND FROM BEING RIPPED OFF. SEE IMAGE PROVIDED AS FACTUAL AND ACCURATE. FROM ADVERTISED $45,990 to 55,998 IN 3 DAYS $10,008 INCREASED. I am submitting this review to formally document what I believe to be price manipulation and non-transparent sales practices by Dodge Airpark. On Sunday, December 21, I visited Dodge Airpark after a salesperson, Steve, informed me that a 2024 RAM 1500 Rebel located at a sister store could be transferred for a test drive. I expressed clear intent to purchase. James, Steves sales associate we’re working together on this deal. At the dealership, I was verbally quoted a purchase price of $50,850 for the vehicle. I agreed to proceed with reviewing numbers and left the dealership briefly for lunch. While at lunch my wife and I independently verified the vehicle listing online and discovered that the same vehicle the same VIN (1C6SRFLTXRN194552), same mileage (13,884 miles) was actively advertised at the sister store for $45,990. I immediately provided screenshots of this listing to Steve via text message. No response was provided. Highly suspicious behavior. The following day, I was contacted by another sales associate James who provided an explanation that did not reconcile or make any sense of the pricing discrepancy. No one from Sales Management even called to explain the pricing I discovered that Sunday December 21st then on December 22, after I questioned the advertised $45,990 price, the vehicle’s price was increased on the advertised site to cover their tracks, this time to $52,040. The pricing history clearly shows multiple rapid price changes, including increases following my inquiry, which is consistent with price manipulation. Clearly marked as overpriced by $7,058 as shown in the photo. It’s actually as of today has increased to $55,998. Always check pricing history to see how long a vehicle is at a dealership and the drastic increase of pricing and day of change. This was an intentional pricing change. A sales representative further acknowledged that similar price changes had occurred previously and that deals had been lost as a result of these modifications. While dealerships are legally permitted to adjust pricing, advertising a vehicle at one price and subsequently increasing that price after a consumer identifies the lower advertised amount. Particularly when the vehicle is sourced from a sister store raises serious concerns regarding fair dealing, transparency, and good-faith sales practices. At minimum, the advertised price should have been honored. Additionally, Dodge Airpark utilized third-party credit software (700Credit) to evaluate my creditworthiness. I was told my credit was “low,” yet I was not provided a specific score or bureau report at the time. I later verified my official Auto FICO Scores (8, 9, and 10) directly through MyFICO, sourced from Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax, and my scores were within a qualifying range for the vehicle at the advertised $45,990 price. Prior to visiting the dealership, I specifically asked which credit bureau Dodge Airpark pulls from and was told Experian. Upon reviewing the information later obtained through 700Credit, I identified discrepancies and materially lower scoring than my official Auto FICO scores, raising additional concerns about transparency and consumer data handling. Based on the documented price manipulation, inconsistent explanations, and lack of transparency in both pricing and credit evaluation, I no longer had confidence in Dodge Airpark’s sales process. These practices appear systemic rather than isolated. I am submitting this review to inform other consumers and will also be escalating this matter to RAM/Dodge corporate, the sister store for review. Pricing adjustments are auditable, traceable, and verifiable, and this matter warrants further examination. I would not recommend Dodge Airpark to consumers seeking fair, transparent, and good-faith vehicle transactions.”

“The easiest part was test driving. The dealership was clean and had an excellent selection. That’s were the satisfaction ended. When we started negotiations on the price the manager actually removed a protection plan from the initial vehicle contract to allow for the price we asked for without telling us. We caught it in finance but were very annoyed with this tactic. Then we still wound up putting the plan back in pushing the price back to near where we started. It felt very underhanded and deceitful. They processed our loan application with the wrong social security number which caused credit alerts and a delay not even knowing if we were approved. It took 5 days to confirm we had a loan approval. Now I have to keep a watch on my credit because they made us paranoid there was fraud on her account due to their clerical error. When I got the vehicle home, I realized it was missing the Bluetooth speaker. Per our salesman this is usually removed to prevent theft. Should have been checked before I left the lot. The technology guy was supposed to reach out to me to go over all the uconnect options and never did. There was a paint issue that I am still working with Jeep on that was not pointed out. Unclear if it’s a paint issue from the factory, bad wax or top treatment or tree sap from where the vehicle was under a tree. Overall this was the oddest buying experience I have ever been through. Matt in finance was helpful in answering questions and explaining coverages and trying to straighten out the loan and price changes. Drew was helpful in getting me additional answers and working to get the speaker I was missing.”

“I recently purchased from Airpark Dodge, and I have to say the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, George took great care of me. He was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, his follow-up was excellent. George made sure all of my questions were answered, kept me updated every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service these days, but George truly stands out. If you’re looking for a smooth and stress-free car buying experience, I highly recommend asking for George at Airpark Dodge. You won’t be disappointed!”
