Christian P. had to be at least three people. I refuse to believe one human was covering that much ground that efficiently. The whole experience was ridiculously smooth — we walked in, found the car we wanted, and walked out with it like adults who make good decisions. Zero hassle. Zero pressure. Maximum chill. And he casually handed out free crackers like some kind of automotive hospitality wizard. Five stars. No notes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A really great car dealership. From the moment I first walked in to buy my Tucson - about a year and a half ago - I’ve always been helped kindly and with explanations. I also got a great deal on my APR. I’ve had to go to them after a tree log on the road damaged a plastic covering on the bottom of my car. They made the process of working with Progressive super smooth and made sure everything was replaced so there would be no after effect. I’ve gone to them for every service since I got the car. They even included my first four oil changes as a gift for buying it. Today, I got to work with Monalysa who was super helpful and patient. I forgot to communicate that I had gotten some of the protection plans which covered certain services until after she’d set up the bill. She had to spend an extra hour contacting the protection plan company and made sure that my wheel alignment wasn’t charged since it was covered by the protection plan. I keep going to them because, even as an autistic and sensitive person, I’ve always found that the environment is caring and everyone genuinely wants to help. Thank you, Monalysa for your time and effort! So appreciated Thank you to the team, as well! I really appreciate all of you making car appointments and services less stressful and simple to get through.

Recently picked up a 2025 Ioniq 5 N in Performance Blue and am very satisfied! Matthew’s was the only dealer in town with this color. My salesman, Raffay, was a go-getter but not at all pushy and was great to work with! I showed up near closing time without an appointment just to put eyes on the vehicle, but he happily stayed until well after close on a Friday evening to work up numbers for me, and it paid off for both of us - we were signing papers the very next morning. Very positive experience all around, and make sure to hit up Raffay if you’re looking for a new ride!
