“My customer service rep, Rhonda Dingman, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She kept me up to date on the progress of work during my recent service appointment. She went to extra mile to reach out to my extended warranty company (purchase led when I bought the car) to determine if the headlight assembly (cost $1,600 + labor!) is covered by my extended warranty. She then called me 2 days later when she heard back from them to let me know that yes(!), it is covered along with the cost of labor. YAY! When the part arrives, she will contact me to set up the installation appointment. While the wait was a little long, giving it a 4 star rating for nearly 2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation, the customer service from Rhonda was top notch! Worth the wait.”
