He could learn a little from Yannis by talking less and listening more. The wait to meet with him was about an hour which seemed like a long time considering I was paying cash. I expected the usual pitch for add on services & warranty. What I didn’t expect was being told I was stupid for paying cash (this almost cost them the sale!) followed by a financial lesson that was not fully transparent and not requested. Offending your customer is never a good idea when you are in the sales business!”

“DO NOT GET OIL CHANGES CONTAMINATED OIL 1/10/26 went for an oil change and engine diagnosis for metal shaving/particles…. They found no metal on the black overdue oil, they perform and oil change perfect well if no metal shavings are present on my oil or engine than they pour CONTAMINATED OIL into my engine every time I pull my dip stick I get these metal fragment on the tip which I know for fact it’s not normal those little pieces are signs of metal slightly rubbing, well all that black debri on pictures is metal since the magnet pulled….. since it’s not my engine than they are pouring contaminated oil it’s my guess”
