I have had many Volvos over the years and have always received excellent service at this Volvo dealership. Holly the service manager has always gone above and beyond to help us. I recently traded in my 2016 XC60 for a 2026 XC60 plug in hybrid. Patrick the sales manager directed me to David Woolfolk who was so helpful. He answered all my questions after I test drove several different models and helped me make my selection. Since the purchase he has always been available to patiently teach me how to use the technology which wasn't available on my old model.

On a Sunday I drove over to this dealership. They were closed and I just wanted to look around. I actually found exactly what I was looking for and sent an email and left a phone call hopefully hearing the next day. I did from Dannen Genrich His professionalism kindness. He had the patience of a saint with me. This was new for me to buy a car alone that was used. It had low mileage on it. He walked me through every step of the way if you’re looking for someone to really care about you and when you buy a vehicle that you’re getting what you need and what you want go see Dannen! And the one thing that I really liked about the dealership as a whole, they had the information on the side of the car window. Everything a buyer would need to know and I have been to many dealers in South Carolina and Georgia and that was the only one I saw that did that. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Dannen Genrich!

Update: I topped off my fluids and was driving and noticed the engine was overheating again less than half an hour into my drive. I look under the hood—all of the coolant is gone again. As I’m looking notice there’s a knick in one of the hoses for the coolant. I find it strange that I’ve had zero issues with my vehicle outside of the ADAS service and regular maintenance and this happens right after leaving the dealership. I WILL NOT BE BACK! Went for a simple oil change and to have my rear drains cleared to resolve Ended up with goop placed into the gaps of my sunroof seal that I did not ask for and the service manager and techs deny placing it in the gaps. Fluids were not topped off during the oil change (coolant or windshield washer fluid.) And the main issue I came in for was not resolved. Sat at the dealership for 5 hours then another 3 hours. Asked if I wanted my vehicle washed. Came out and it was wiped down with a filthy rag and smelled mildewy from the rag on the inside. I’d rather drive to SC to the Volvo there than come back here. On top of that, I was charged an additional $100+ and had I not caught it, it would’ve just been what it was—another rip off.

I would like to Thank the entire staff at Volvo Cars of Savannah. I must start with Patrick. He took care of my Special Ordered 2026 XC90 Ultra B6 Hybrid. I also would to mention David in Sales and Jeffery in Finance who put my package together as a Corporate Vehicle. I always wanted a Volvo and the 2026 checked all my boxes. I just want to take the opportunity to thank Holly and team for their exemplary customer service and professionalism. I was visiting Savannah, when my Volvo experienced a system update failure and it had to be towed to Savannah Volvo so that a reset could be performed. This issue occurred during the weekend, and when having the car towed in on Monday morning, Holly was amazing in that she communicated with me throughout the day regarding the status of the reset and with the expertise of the diagnostic technician, the reset was completed Monday afternoon and I was able to get on the road, that evening. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
