“Despite what I’ve heard from others I purchased my Chevy equinox from this particular location. Currently my vehicle has been there for now going on two weeks for service. The original problem was the brake pedal wouldn’t release for me to start my vehicle(push button start). After nearly 2 weeks of being without my vehicle with very few updates on the status I was finally told it was a brake sensor that needed to be replaced.Keep in mind I’m out of my vehicle but no loaner vehicle was given I was told that loaners were no longer an option for customers but I could rent a vehicle from a company they partner up with. I authorized the work to be performed and a day and a half later I was told the service was done and I could pick up my vehicle. The day after I picked my vehicle up I began to see the same service message across the dashboard to service braking system but in addition to that across the dashboard there was now a message of service tire sensor monitor which had not been there before or at the time the car was brought in for service. Most times I am the one doing the calling to get updates on the status of my car. Currently I’m still waiting on an answer as to what the problem is for my vehicle. Needless to say I am not happy, or satisfied with Dan Vaden at this point. I would have expected better service/communication from this dealership.”

“This was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had purchasing the truck of my dreams. Jeremy “Coop” Cooper was awesome with 10/10 customer service. Would highly recommend this group. They work hard for you and make it make sense. Thank you!!!”

“Can’t say much for the service department because I’ve haven’t had the need for it yet. The experience of arriving and leaving was nothing short of amazing. Richard was amazing five stars alone for Richard but I had to take off a star not because of Richard but because of how the website for Dan Vaden Dealership is running. It’s more of a bait and switch. Don’t trust the image on the website. Don’t trust the price. Go in person and read the sticker price. That is where you’ll find the REAL vehicle. Richard was amazing he’s like the dark version of Fluffy (if you don’t know Fluffy shame on you) he was funny, relax, smiling all the time. He tried his hardest to find the exact vehicle on the image that the uploader failed to upload correctly due to laziness I’m sure. In the end he found an identical vehicle and got the price to where I wanted. He stay well over 3 hours after closing to get everything done. We had a bit of ups and downs on my part and had to redo the paperwork thrice. But he smile all through the evening and even came to my property to get the last document sign. Who does that now? So go see Ricky tell him Thien sent you for some amazing service and discount.”

“I spoke with Kevin, a service advisor with Vaden Chevy to schedule diagnostic service while I was in Savannah for a week. When I arrived for service, Kevin was very thorough in explaining what would take place and then scheduled shuttle service. He was very responsive by text to keep me up-to-date on where things stood with the service. He also provided quotes for some needed maintenance which was completed during the visit. Thanks Kevin, and the Vaden Chevy service team.”

“Our EV vehicle was receiving a recall and would take most the day plus part of the next day. Ashley was excellent at explaining what was going on and found a rental for us while they worked on our vehicle. That was so helpful and important for us, because my husband is handicapped and its hard for him to sit in the seats at the waiting room for for very long. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and understood everything about our EV , we hope to have her help us again in the future!”
