“Is there anyone who enjoys purchasing a car? Probably not. Today that was changed. My main man Justin was the best salesman ever to be found on a car lot. I was walking on the lot a bit early and at 9 am was promptly greeted. But I had been there awhile sitting in my car waiting for the store to open. I saw one person sitting at his desk engaged in work while others were enjoying their last minutes of down time. It was obvious that I was going to work with that guy! Justin wasn’t pushy, he answered all of my questions with ease, didn’t mess around with offers and counters. I spent 90 minutes to agree to a number. Since I had to go home and get title and extra keys, Justin got everything ready so that my return would go smoothly. Austin helped get my paperwork squared and I got to depart in record time. Thanks to Justin and the entire team at AuyoNation Savannah! Well done across the board!”

“*Editing to add the short version of after the sale... I had several issues with the service department, specifically the way Dustin Nelson treated me by the end of our interactions. If I was a man, he would have never called me a liar and behaved as if I was just making issues up to cause problems (at one point stating that I was just saying things to match what I wanted the situation to be and that if it was up to him and not the GM, he wouldn't have replaced the seat because it was wear and tear... On my Brand new car). After dropping my brand new car off for an oil change and to have the driver's seat replaced that was owed at purchase due to my brand new driver's seat having the wear of a car that had been driven for 2 years. Here's the summary of what happened after they had it for Weeks ...
My drivers side door panel was scratched, the back of my driver's seat was scratched, a tool used by the service department was left in the back seat, the fabric that covers the bottom of the seat and is normally attached to the under part of the seat was left undone, the drivers scuff plate had a deep scratch through it, something was spilled on my brand new Tux Mat trunk liner, the interior was dusty enough I could see an entire hand print in it (Dustin blamed this on pollen season), the car wash they'd done left it looking worse than if it had just been left dusty, the first AND second time they returned it to me the seat was not installed properly so the plastic parts of it would not stay locked in flush and kept popping out and there's probably more I'm forgetting. Some of these issues were repaired, but it wasn't easy. I also expressed to them how my brand new car was slowly becoming a used car because of the repairs to try and get it back in the condition I'd bought it in. If you've made it this far, just know that if you have any issues with your new car not being returned to you in the same or better condition than you left it with them, just be careful. Ivonne was great! Ask for Ivonne! Make an appointment if you have to. It will be worth it! From beginning to end, she made my first time buying a new car an easy and even enjoyable experience. I hope that she is appreciated the way she should be for being the compassionate and driven professional she is. She is an asset.
