“I was lied to! A few oil changes ago, I was told by the service manager that I needed a new cabin air filter. He said the tech said it was filthy! He obviously lied and didn't look because I had changed it the day prior myself. This last oil change, I was shown by the service manager two filthy filters. He said they came from my truck and needed changing. I noticed the engine air filter had an orange gasket. I figured fram. I was quoted $110 for the pair. I denied service and went to Walmart. I was able to get both filters (fram) for $28! Imagine my surprise when I went to change my engine air filter and saw a black gasket and the filter not even being that dirty! I changed it anyways, but I am very unhappy! I don't like being lied to! I will not be going back to that location for service or sales ever again!”

“Bait and switch, we were sent an advertisement for 48k for a 150 Truck, when we go the quote it was 54k and they also added additional items not requested. We thanked them and left, we got in our car and the salesman told us the manager made a mistake and to come back in we said no he had a chance and we left”

“The salesman met with me 3 times before I agreed to the sale. He was extremely patient with me and provided answers to all of my questions. He also asked me to stop by after a week just so that I could let him know how things were going. He really went over the top to make sure I was happy with my purchase.”

“Bought a 2024 Honda Ridgeline from Aaron Powers. The transaction went very smooth. I would definitely do business with them again.”

“Extremely disappointed!!! Corners were cut, blame was passed to someone else, and I was ignored after they got their money. When you know the insurance company is going to pay no matter what you do why not do a sub par job
They performed work without my authorization and no accountability when I asked why it was done, just “I don’t know”. Eventually they said well it was deemed a safety issue so they couldn’t let it leave with out them doing it the work.
Little to no remorse for doing a subpar job cleaning the interior that had water/mud damage. I found mud and dirt throughout the area they said they removed the carpet and trim panels to dry and clean. There was dirt on the a/c and all over the passenger seat area when I picked it up. I emailed the photos of the interior to the office manager who I had communicated with because the body shop manager was on vacation. The reply I got was “ For it being a ten-year-old vehicle, he cleaned the carpet to the best of his ability, and I think the pictures look pretty good in comparison to how it was before repairs.” Anything would look better than an interior that had been partially submerged in a swamp.
I have yet to hear from anyone since that email even though they said the body shop manager would be contacting me when they returned from vacation”
