“We loved our experience with DJ. This was our first time buying a new-used vehicle from a large dealership. DJ was personable and helpful. We love our vehicle. Our only complaint would be it was a little clumsy of a process. They just seemed to be very busy. In the end, they did a great job working with us and making sure we were taken care of. Rene (I believe) was great and made some fixes to our purchase agreement and got us fully taken care of. We will likely go back here again in the future. Like I said, my only complaint was a little bit of a chaotic feeling in arranging everything but that can happen when you've got a few things going on at once.”

“I called 5 times in one day and was only able to get ahold of someone once, for the service department after they wouldn’t answer my call when they transferred me to service. I didn’t hear back from them all day. Scheduled an appointment online, when I finally was able to speak to someone. They failed to accurately disclose their diagnostic fee. Drive two vehicles for drop off more than an hour one way then found out they were overpriced and 50% more expensive than a competitors jeep dealers repair rate. The woman at the service counter was not knowledgeable of the vehicle warranty their auto dealer group sold, she was rude when we arrived and made disrespectful insinuations while using improper and unprofessional tone. I would NEVER use this dealership for anything. BUYER BEWARE!”
