“Pricing was great! Both Gabriel and Rob were great to deal with and got me into the seat of my truck. Downside to the whole transaction…. The truck is got was used. I was ok with what blemishes that were on the truck but upon delivery of the truck I noticed that the paint had been burnt through on the fender from them detailing it. Right through the paint and into the primer. I sent my salesman the pictures and was pretty much told to pound sand that the detail guys make the vehicles look better not worse. I was told that someone would call me about this issue and haven’t heard from anyone. My point here is if these extra blemishes were on the truck when I went and saw it in person I would not have bought this truck. Very noticeable on a black truck. I specifically said not to go crazy with detailing because I’m very particular with things and wanted to get it ceramic coated. Instead now, I have to get the fender repainted as well as the door.”
