“I love giving 5 star reviews. However, Infiniti Of Sarasota is well deserving of their 1 star review. I’ve had multiple horrible experiences. A year ago, an alternator quote for my 2019 Q50 was $3,400.00. They said I need that plus a tensioner and a serpentine belt. I instead got it taken care of at a highly reputable mechanic in Sarasota that quoted $1,700.00 because they were far more accurate on labor hours. Upon pickup the other mechanic charged $1,100.00 because the serpentine belt and tensioner were in excellent condition with no issues.
During an oil change last year, they said, there are some other areas to address that would be $1,800.00. Went to a highly reputable mechanic in Sarasota and it was $350.00.
Most recently, I was charged $1,300.00 for a front door lock actuator and upon completion, the key doesn’t even work for the door. Epic fail. On top of that, Luke my service advisor was incredibly rude about not providing a loaner car and he said, it’s not his problem. Rude the day of pickup and grossly inaccurate in how he explained the labor charges and how it would take 3 hours. It took 1 hour of labor aside from the hour of diagnostic. Still got charged the full amount.
Steve the GM was the person that deserves 5 stars because he went out of his way to hear my side of past events and this most recent event. He at least gave me $50.00 off and treated me kindly.”

“Our new experience with Infiniti of Sarasota was quick and easy. The entire team made sure the process was smooth and as painless as possible. I recommend the sales and management team for your next sale or lease of a new vehicle.”

“Hands down the best car purchasing experience to date. Justin Scherb and Dean Brown are the MVP’s. Justin connected with me in July and kept in contact until I was ready to purchase. At first it seemed like there was going to be no deal (even gave me some tips on what to do and try back in a couple months) but they worked it til a deal was done. The entire staff was top tier from start to finish. 10/10 I highly recommend! Thank you”

“I regret leasing a car here. Less than 1 month and the car is having problems. I brought the car in for service and concerns were acknowledged, squeaking was blamed on baby wipes in the door (like I didn’t try moving them to see if it still squeaked- spoiler alert, it still squeaks!!!), and everything else was not able to be duplicated. I can accept certain explanations for issues I brought up because the car is new to me and I’m still getting to know it. But the irritating squeaking noise, NO!
The gaslighting is insane, it’s inappropriate. I do not want to be bringing a brand new car in for service! I should be enjoying my new car, instead I completely despise it and get triggered when the squeak happens while I’m driving. You can’t even tune it out with the stereo system because that’s not performing well at all either. In fact I am having trouble with many of the electronics, but Infiniti says they’re working great!
I should also mention I received a text at 4:50 saying the my car was ready and when I got there at 5:15 there was no one to go over the findings with me. I had to tell the register girl that I was furious because when I read their report and it said they heard the squeak and resolved it by moving the baby wipes, I knew this wasn’t a luxury experience, it was a joke.
Someone from maintenance came out to tell me how noises are subjective, but the technician heard it and indicated it on the report. While he was trying to be nice and apologetic, I just can’t get past the fact that I’m deemed too stupid to move the items from the door to see if that was indeed causing a squeak. I clearly went through every single option at my disposal to troubleshoot for myself so that I could avoid bringing the new car in for service.
I really think they counted on the fact that I was just going to accept their rationale and drive off squeaking into the sunset without any question since I’m too stupid to move baby wipes and troubleshoot.
The end result was I left with the dirty loaner vehicle they gave to me the prior day, it literally had a soda bottle cap on the console and food on the dash, just gross. It should also be mentioned that the loaner vehicle does not have the irritating squeak and issues with the electronics I have been experiencing in my own car.
Allegedly they’re going to get to the bottom of it tomorrow, luckily I moved those baby wipes! The guy from maintenance said he wanted to keep it another day so he and the technician can both work on it or something, I have very little faith that they will resolve the squeak.
I feel like crying right now because I’m so full of regret from signing this lease, a new car is supposed to be fun but for me it has been a month of aggravation and dread of dealing with this squeak for the next 3 years. I just hate the car at this point and try to avoid driving it because I can’t deal with the squeaking noise. Just thinking about this experience infuriates me.
This is not a luxury car nor a luxury experience. Do your research on the brand and models, there are many true luxury vehicles on the market.
It’s just so unacceptable in so many ways. Do better, I’m embarrassed for you.”

“I had a great experience with this garage! They lent me a car for the entire 3 weeks my vehicle was being repaired, which made a huge difference. The pricing was very fair, and they took the time to clearly explain all the work that needed to be done. Junior was especially helpful—always available and very clear throughout the process. I highly recommend them!”
