âI had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable especially Nelson and Fred. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain my financing options clearly, and helped me find my preferred car.
The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated the transparency and honesty throughout. The vehicle was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described. Thank you also to Alex for explaining the special features of my car and offering that i can call him if i still have some questions. I had a great experience at Santa Monica Toyota. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, respectful, and professional. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and never made me feel pressured.

âMy wife and I where looking for a vehicle and chances upon a 2024 VW Golf R with 984 miles being sold by Toyota Santa Monica. It was already around 4 pm in the afternoon and we were at another dealership looking at a 2023 KIA Stinger that had 42k miles on it. I was already deciding on getting this car but the dealer only offered me $5000 for my well maintained 08 Subaru Impreza of which I can sell privately for at least $15k so decided to take a chance going to Toyota Santa Monica to check out the 2024Golf R. I really wanted to sell my car first so I can pull cash for a good down payment I was concerned that Toyota Santa Monica might offer me a low ball on my 08 STI Impreza. We called Toyota Santa Monica and it was Dean the sales manager who answered phone and told him that we wanted to see the car. He invited us to come in and look for Mark, one of his salesmen. So arrived at the dealership and saw and test drive the Golf R⌠power was amazing, Mark a really nice salesman told care of us driving the car around. During the test drive I told him that I wanted to trade in my well maintained STI. He was nice enough to call his used car manager to check out the car and appraise it. The used car manager said wow he doesnât need to test drive my car as he already knows itâs worth a ton of cash due to the maintenance I made on the car. He appreciated how the car looked like new he saw all my new suspension and exhaust system as well as how clean the motor was. He explained to Dean the sales manager that my car looks great. However they still need to go by Blue Book value so I figured not to proceed my wife convinced me that the Golf R only has 848 miles and is far better newer than my 08 STI and no matter what I do itâs still an 08, sigh on my part. Dean was nice enough to give me $2k more so I was able to get $7k for my 08 STI and have used that towards the down payment and so it went! We got ourselves a new 2024 Golf R. Appreciate the friendship Mark and Dean has given us during the purchase of our new 2024 Golf Râ
