“I had a wonderful experience at Lexus of Santa Monica. Everyone knows that the process of buying a car seems to take so long, but Peter is a friendly, warm, helpful, caring, efficient sales person. He spent so much time one on one asking me about my family and the car that I liked and genuinely seemed to care about me. I loved his warmth and friendliness, and I would've sat there for hours to buy the vehicle that I wanted. It's a beautiful dealership. They have beautiful cars, and they make you feel very welcome there and relaxed. I'm so happy I ended up buying a vehicle from there, and I loved our sales person. Thank you so much, Peter! You are amazing.”

“Michael & Mariia were so great to work with! They were super helpful from my first call to the dealership, addressed all of my needs, & actually exceeded them. Upon picking up my new car Mariia was so informative and helpful and wanted to make sure I got everything done in a timely manner. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming also. Great experience! “I was searching for a 2025 Lexus NX350h in Nori Green with Palomino interior with specific options that are apparently hard to find. We finally found one at Lexus Santa Monica and although we had to drive from Carlsbad, Justin made our experience efficient and truly painless! He is intently customer oriented and I would make the 110 mile drive again and again to work with him! It’s rare to find a sales rep like Justin and a dealership like Lexus Santa Monica. Overall, it was a really great experience working with Justin and Ryan in Finance!

“I had an amazing experience at Lexus of Santa Monica! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and professional. Maria, my sales consultant, was exceptional. Although she’s young, she’s incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through every detail of the models and options with confidence. Maria was also super nice and patient, answering all my questions and making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. The finance team handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Lexus of Santa Monica—and especially Maria—to anyone looking for a luxury car buying experience with outstanding service!”

“BUYER BEWARE!!! All the things you hear about and hope don’t happen when working with dealerships happened when buying my Lexus from Lexus Santa Monica dealership. Given lots of attention and calls when considering purchase then, once paperwork is signed, zero follow up. Customer service is disappointing, felt sucker punched in gut having just paid a huge amount for my car, and overall incredibly frustrating experience.
Bought brand new 2024RX+ in first week of May, 2024. Paid full price plus additional $3k dealership required paint and interior protection options. Signed paperwork with 4 miles on it. Had ahipped to Oregon and arrived with 56 miles on it and a door ding type of dent on front passenger side. Transport driver provided pic of car with dent from pick up at dealership. I called immediately and spoke to Naz the sales person who reassured me that they would take care of it. No contact from them for 6 weeks! I called and left messages, tried to contact managers by phone and email…no response. 2 months in I call, Naz answers. Told to get estimate and let them now how much and they will take care of it. I do that. EST is $208. Again radio silence! Another month goes by and I get Naz on phone. She says that her manager won’t let them pay for the whole amount. WHAT!!! That they will pay for half of the amount and I will need to file a report with the transit company so that they learn to be more responsible when picking up car and doing inspection. 😳 😡 as if I haven’t been patient enough or put in enough effort getting them to do anything!!! So not worth the frustration! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE….especially by MANAGERS!!! To this day, I have received $0 reimbursement. While I do love my Lexus, and I swear by our LEXUS Dealership in Eugene, I would not work with Santa Monica Lexus again.”
