Alex is absolutely amazing!!! He is attentive, genuinely caring, and incredibly personable. He truly reminds me of old-school service—where you walk in and feel like there’s someone you can fully trust. That level of honesty and care is hard to find these days. I actually go out of my way and drive farther just to come here because I feel confident and safe trusting his recommendations. Alex consistently makes the experience stress free, and it’s clear he takes pride in doing what’s best for the customer. Audi is lucky to have him.

I got an Audi Q6 E-Tron from here and unfortunately one thing after another has been going wrong. My car randomly stopped while I was going 75 mph on the freeway, seatbelt pulling aggressively on my neck, almost causing the cars behind me to get into a car accident. When I called, the service advisor that picked up the phone wanted to charge me $295 just to get my car checked out for an issue that at this point is a SAFETY HAZARD, that should NOT have even happened. Thank God, Moe, my service advisor waived this charge for me and stated they were able to replicate the issue and fix it. In the meantime, they gave me a gas loaner car. Usually they give me an electric car to which they tell me, I’m not responsible for filling up the car again when I drop it off. This time when I returned the gas car, I asked multiple times if anything is needed of me or anything I’ll be charged and they said I was good to go. As soon as I left, I got charged almost $50 for gas. Excuse me?? Why did no one tell me I’ll be charged or let me know that I have to fill this car up before I bring it back when normally I don’t have to do that for the electric cars. Anyways, I called and sent an email to Jerry and he was extremely sweet and nice and followed up and said he would send this issue to the manager, Andrea Ortiz. She called me to basically tell me, they aren’t going to refund, I should have read the service agreement and there’s nothing they can do for this issue, I repeated multiple times that no one let me know that I needed to fill this car up and this should have been communicated, but she would repeat again that I should have looked at the service agreement. She was extremely rude. Save your time and just don’t go here. But if you do, ask for Moe or Jerry. And btw, my car is still having the same issues and hasn’t been fixed.

I had an excellent experience at Audi South Coast, and a big part of that was the outstanding leadership of General Manager Scott. His commitment to customer service truly shows throughout the entire dealership. Everyone went above and beyond to make the process smooth, professional, and stress-free. It’s clear that Scott sets a high standard and genuinely cares about the customer experience. I highly recommend Audi South Coast to anyone looking for exceptional service and a team that truly delivers.

I brought my car to Audi South Coast for a severe engine failure (which I view as a quality issue). During discussions about the repair plan, we had a disagreement, and the manager promptly told me to return the loaner, with no apology and no comparable loaner or direct-billed rental. This left me without basic transportation during a crucial decision period, and the overall experience was very disappointing.

Great experience with everyone I encountered! My salesperson Ky was very professional and provided excellent service and satisfying our needs. Manager Long and the finance manager were super upfront and straightforward, and we were in and out quickly for our car shopping.
