He listened to me carefully and interpreted what a senior "car dummy" was referring to. He invited me to come right in and was waiting for me when I arrived. He personally escorted me to waiting room and took care of my car. He kept me updated and carefully explained the problem. When Larry Miller was sold I worried that service might change. But, service is excellent. I feel safe and confidant that Larry Miller employees are honest and sincere. The men open doors and are very polite. “In July I bought a used 2019 Ram megacab 3500 Longhorn. Beautiful truck! I looked the truck over and we negotiated a price and the sale went well. Fast forward to October, I have hardly driven the truck as I have a work as a daily driver Took the truck deer hunting with my family and got a flat tire. Didn't think too much of it, thought maybe I hit a sharp rock or nail or something. Then about 3 hrs later got another flat tire. Luckily a family member had another spare. Got looking at the tires a little more closely and the tires are 6ply load range C. Now I don't know if the dealership installed the tires or not, they looked brand new when I bought it. But 6ply Load Range C tires are for jeeps. NOT 3500 1 ton trucks! The tires are not even rated for the weight of the truck itself. I called Larry H Miller and talked to Taven. He was awesome. But whoever calls the shots is unwilling to help me out in any way. Needless to say, LHM has lost a customer for selling me a truck with tires that are not rated for the trucks weight or load ratings. Thank God I did not get into a tragic accident with my family while driving down the highway or pulling a trailer! ***Review Update*** As of October 30th my experience with Larry H Miller has totally changed! I ended up speaking with Danny Adams the General Manager. He listened to my story and told me to bring the truck down so they could take a look at it. Long story short, the wrong tires had been installed on it before I bought the truck. Danny took a look at it and realized a mistake had been made. He went above and beyond to have the tires immediately removed and new tires (the correct load range) were put on the truck. They even gave my wife a dealer vehicle to drive while my truck was getting new tires! Honestly, I am blown away with this experience. I am so thankful to have purchased the truck through these guys. Any other dealership probably would have told me to get lost. My hat is off to Danny and the team at Larry H Miller CJDR in Sandy. Keep up the great work guys! 👍👍”
