“Everyone was very cordial and the safety recall was completed as well as my first service even though I only had a bout 2900 miles. Appreciated the shuttle service as well. What I didn't expect was that all my Settings TTS would be wiped out. And I asked service if someone could help me re-set them as it looks so complicated. Only told to use arrows on right of steering wheel. Not helpful. Each feature requires a google hunt. Why can't Toyota just have a series of yes/no answers to each? Still haven't been able to resolve this. Recommend a better user interface- shouldn't take an hour or more of figuring it all out.”
