“I have opportunity to speak to several facets of Toyota Marin. In July 2025, I bought a used Toyota Sienna from the used car department. The experience can be very stressful. A new car, or in this case a new to me car, is a large investment. The paperwork can be daunting and the concern for buyer's remorse is real. “Everyone was very cordial and the safety recall was completed as well as my first service even though I only had a bout 2900 miles. Appreciated the shuttle service as well. What I didn't expect was that all my Settings TTS would be wiped out. And I asked service if someone could help me re-set them as it looks so complicated. Only told to use arrows on right of steering wheel. Not helpful. Each feature requires a google hunt. Why can't Toyota just have a series of yes/no answers to each? Still haven't been able to resolve this. Recommend a better user interface- shouldn't take an hour or more of figuring it all out.”
