Came in to look at the New Nissan models and end it purchasing one - The whole process was seamlessly amazing The deal was something I could not walk away from, Thank you Aryan and Dr.khan for their professionalism and delivering this awesome of an experience. They have amazing deal and they are extremely fast and knowledgeable. Went to a few dealership down the street, non of them greet me the way Nissan San Leandro did. From the moment we started talking numbers I knew this is the place to consider moving forward with my purchase.

After I posted my initial review, the Sales Director, Khalid, personally reached out to me. He apologized for what happened and took responsibility for fixing the situation. He addressed my concerns thoroughly, and he make sure the car is in a perfect condition. He treated us with respect, professionalism, and transparency, and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. Because of how he handled the situation, I felt comfortable moving forward and purchased the car from the dealership. I also want to mention Irvan and Stephanie, who was very helpful and professional. While my initial experience was extremely frustrating, the way management stepped in, owned the issue, and resolved it properly made a big difference. I appreciate Khalid for turning this situation around and handling it the right way. thanks to the management again

I had a great experience at the Nissan dealership in San Leandro, CA. Omar, the salesperson who helped me, was very knowledgeable and took the time to work with me to make sure I got a great deal on my new Nissan Kicks. Highly recommend!

Worst experience at this place. If there is option for zero, this place deserves a zero. Totally two different faces between when we we went there buying a car and when we went back for service. They tricked us to buy the warranty for free service so now we stuck with this place. After we called and booked appointment, they first canceled our appointment. Then on the day of service, we arrived 8 minutes earlier, and were told we had to wait for 2 hours. But the car wasn't done after 3 hours. When we complained they told us the guys need go to lunch. How funny it is. They didn't know people need go to lunch when they schedule the service. Both the service guy and the manager said if you are not happy, you can leave. So ask us to leave after we waited 3 hours and complained. Was I mad? Yes, I was. The manager asked me be professional. How funny. I am the customer and why I need be professional. HE SHOULD BE PROFESSIONAL. San Leandro Nissan, don't tell your customer not to yell. If you are in my shoes, you would do so unless you were a robot with no heart.

My husband & I had a great experience here at Nissan. Unfortunately our Mazda 6 Sport went out on us out of nowhere on a Monday Morning and had to rent a car that afternoon for the week because we thought we wouldn’t be able to go to the dealership until my husband would be off that weekend. Well he took the next day off instead and came to Nissan, walked in & met Omar. From the start he was just wonderful. Friendly, patient, listened to what we wanted & needed, attended to us immediately & didn’t give up when the wife was being difficult at times lol! He was amazing overall! He worked with us through everything & I mean EVERYTHING. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us. Not pushy, like other people at car dealerships do, he’s down to earth & very nice! We wanted to leave there with a Black Pathfinder and we left with a 2025 Pathfinder Sport. This wifey was so happy! Even happier cuz we were able to return that rental and got money back! Thank you Omar & Nissan!
