“Service representative Rabb was unpleasant didn’t make eye contact had headphones the whole time didn’t engage with me as a customer. Took in pickup truck for maintenance service, they marked down on service sheet that tire pressure was checked yet received vehicle with tire pressure icon still on. They did not reset the maintenance message on vehicle screen. Makes it feel like they aren’t doing their job properly.”

“No one greets or helps you when you come in to get your car serviced. If you’re not there to buy forget it. Go somewhere else where they will help a solo mom with 3 kids. One of my kids was using a walker as well when I had to lyft over here. They couldn’t care less about the service experience. Faces were made and they just kept walking although I was obviously needing assistance getting checked in. Is this the type of dealership you want to purchase from when there are so many options? Here is a picture of my 3 kids, carseats and kid using a walker while we waited outside while our car was being checked out. So glad I went with Chrysler & not Toyota … yeah right!”
