“I had a wonderful experience at Acura of the Rio Grande Valley. I recently had my ‘22 MDX Type S totaled in an accident and I knew I wanted another one. I found an immaculate precision certified ‘24 MDX Type S via Acura’s website. Julio Gonzalez immediately took a video of the car and within a couple of hours the paperwork was all done electronically. The next day they delivered the car in an enclosed trailer 4 hours away. “5-11-25….Wife was NOT satisfied with the service. Car has 15,500 miles. Car DID not need alignment….. Wife drives the car every day, she would have know or noticed the car needs alignment! We pick up the car and NOW the car needs alignment! We will add pictures later on and you be the Judge! Update and video and pictures. Seriously…. We all have a WiFe…. We all KNOW women…. Are you telling me that my WiFi DID NOT see this before we let her car at the dealership? Update on this review: We did receive a response from Acura of RGV, unfortunately my Wife was extremely disappointed with the entire situation, she no longer has this vehicle.
