I’ve been here multiple times and have never been here for less than 3 hours, on Monday I wasn’t even spoken to until 45 minutes after my appointment time started. After getting another option a few days after being here, I realized just how terrible the service is. Shoutout to Erica for doing what she can to provide good service with slow techs.
