“Went to Benson's Auto Group(formally IPAC Auto Center) in October. Was initially looking at vehicles for my wife who had her car totaled in August. This 23' Chevy Silverado caught my eye. After taking it for a test drive and after sitting for an hour or two waiting on the numbers to get worked out, I walked out. Against better judgment, I returned two weeks later to take the vehicle. Part of the deal was that they would pay off my Jeep Gladiator which I still owed on. That was in October, we are now in late January and I have not received a return phone call or my check that I am owed. I have gone twice in person and was assured someone would get back to me and that my check was being still being processed. I think I have been more than patient. I even had my first oil change last week and other than getting waved at as I drove in, I got ignored when I walked through the dealership. I signed off on every extra warranty and extra charge they tacked on the final price of this vehicle because i liked it so much, but had I known getting what I'm owed would be so difficult, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Long story short, is that for the month of January I paid on two car notes, when I should only be paying on one! Buyers beware! 😬💙”
