“I’m extremely dissatisfied with both my vehicle purchase and the way issues were handled afterward.
Before buying, I was repeatedly told the vehicle passed the dealership’s 54 point inspection and the state inspection. When I later asked for copies of the inspection reports, I was told they were “lost” during a system transfer. I asked multiple times for the inspection documentation and for a detailed list of the 54 points included in that inspection, and none of that was ever provided.
The only paperwork I did receive showed brake fluid replacement was recommended and declined, and that the battery terminals were corroded at the time of inspection. Nothing was done to address the corrosion before delivery.
The interior arrived in unacceptable condition, with crumbs on the dashboard and crusted residue throughout. Sam stated that the dealership “only vacuums” used vehicles and later acknowledged in writing that this was unacceptable and he would’ve had it cleaned before shipping it to me. He verbally agreed to cover a professional detail, but never provided that agreement in writing as I requested.
I was also verbally told by Edgardo that the dealership would cover repairs for items that did not pass an equivalent 54 point inspection at a local dealership. When I asked for that in writing, it was never provided. Instead, Sam later told me that he and Sonia, the service director, believed I should use my warranty, which would require at least $500 out of pocket for me.
Additional issues include brake squealing, an extremely dirty engine bay, undisclosed damage on the rear corner, a crooked radio in the dash, persistent squeaking while driving, cold air blowing under the driver’s seat when heat is on, and what appears to be a vacuum leak causing the idle to grow louder after a few minutes.
Service records show the oil had not been changed as frequently as it should have been while at the dealership prior to sale.
During the buying process, Kenny refused to negotiate despite me providing written documentation of a lower priced comparable vehicle, stating “I have the right to make a profit.” Sam stated the dealership was already thousands of dollars “in the red” on my vehicle. It was only after purchase that I learned the dealership advertises a price match promise, which was never discussed or honored.
I reached out to the general manager, Gus, and the owner, Wes, for assistance but did not receive any follow up from either of them.
This experience involved missing inspection documentation, undisclosed issues, verbal assurances not honored in writing, and a lack of accountability from dealership leadership.
I hope the dealership chooses to address these concerns and resolve the situation appropriately.”

“Keenan and the other associates were really awesome, I came in without an appointment on a Tuesday following a holiday; they got me hooked up! The service department looked at what I needed, gave me recommendations on what I should have done and we found common ground, unfortunately, I did not fully agree with the total cost of labor being over $600, but for a dealership maintained 2024 QX55 AWD I can’t say I have other significant complaints. Simply would’ve appreciated a discount for less than 3.5 hours under the hood. I will continue doing business with them until we PCS. Happy new year! 🎉”

“We just bought our vehicle from Grubbs SA and so pleased working with our Sales Rep Jason. He was so attentive, helped make the majority of the decision remotely and did everything to make the process seamless and work with us and our situation. We purchased a car that had just arrived to their location and he made sure it was ready for us the day we came to purchase. You cannot beat the Lifetime warranty for the powertrain on your vehicle for cars under 100k miles. Would gladly work with Jason again!”
