“Nissan Kicks i took it because I was hearing a noise Mark was my person that was helping me out. It was the transmission they did not make me jump over loops to get this done. He said its your transmission Nissan is taking care of it cause its still under warranty.zavier Telley was my tech who installed my transmission and did I great job from what I can tell so far. Mark was very attentive answering my text and calls also offering a loaner making sure I had transportation. Customer service is always awesome. Thank you Nissan team.”

“On arrival, service writer was quick to respond. He knew the reason I was there and did prep paperwork quickly. I left the keys and left. He explained the proceedure for the recall with good detail. I understood what they would and he gave me an ETA on the repairs. The work was completed in a day. Pick up was very quick and they even did a courtesy wash. I am happy with the experience and would recommend this dealer.”

“Shout-out to Gunn Nissan for a phenomenal car-buying experience! I'm from the Rio Grande Valley and found a great online price for an Armada. My salesperson, John, called me right away, and even though I explained I was an out-of-towner, he never lost interest. When I arrived, he couldn't be there, but he partnered me with another awesome sales associate, Nellie. She was incredible and had all the details from John. Gunn Nissan truly honored their online pricing, which was a breath of fresh air after a bad experience at a local dealership.
Nellie went above and beyond for me. There was a small issue with the vehicle that wasn't Gunn Nissan's fault, it was something from the manufacturer's transport, and she immediately got me a loaner car for the day so I could take care of what I needed to. Nellie was there for me every step of the way with top-notch customer service. I highly recommend Gunn Nissan, and if you stop by, definitely ask for Nellie. She's the best!”
