“The cars here have many trendy models and designs. However, the big weakness is that if we want to find hybrid cars for SUVs, this company almost doesn't have them or doesn't give a specific direction for this line of cars. The dealer here is also not really sharp or his business procedures may be so regulated but most of the contracts offered are really not attractive to us. Also, the dealer didn't really talk to the customers in a pleasant and friendly way. To put it more harshly, he seemed annoyed by foreign customers. I'm from Germany, my wife is from Taiwan and we were there with an American friend. However, when he found out that we were the buyers, his attitude didn't seem friendly. What the hell? They have good service, the waiting rooms or food and drink areas for customers are very convenient, but the staff is terrible. Honestly, if you want to sell a product, the product factor is paramount, but you also have to consider the seller and the conditions to attract customers. This is a sincere comment.”

“Bought my dream car from Raul this past weekend. Traded in my 2019 to my surprise to an incredible value, more than I was expecting. Raul was very helpful, Peter helped us through too and Sal in finances did an amazing and incredible job at making sure I understood and knew what I was signing into, even tho he was working overtime he was super good and nice, had great sense of humor and amazing communication skills. I’d give more stars if I could. I know that this is going to be my preferred dealership from now on and I will be recommending it to everyone.”

“They removed a child seat without explaining to me that it was necessary to access the part to be repaired. I wrote a negative review because I did not know why the seat was removed. They replied quickly to my review with an explanation. They should have told me but I should have asked about it before reviewing. Beyond that, the experience was all positive. I particularly like their electronic communication during the repair, allowing me to understand necessary and suggested additional repairs. Moving it to five stars now.”

“This was the first time getting my vehicle serviced at this location. The set up process online was a breeze and very user-friendly. I managed to make it on time to the location and they checked up on me promptly. I also used their shuttle service which the wait time was not long. The driver was very professional and friendly. They also picked me up as well. Throughout the process, they were very informative via email and cell phone. Overall my first time experience was excellent.”
