“Our new car purchase experience at Gunn Acura in San Antonio exceeded our expectations. Paul Pedraza, our salesman, guided us through the entire process, from the lot to the test drive to the finance desk. His comprehensive explanation and demonstration of the 2026 Acura MDX's many features were easy to understand and helped us familiarize ourselves with the important systems prior to driving off the lot in our freshly detailed ride. Mr. Pedroza was courteous and respectful and satisfactorily answered our questions. His knowledge of the MDX was impressive, in part, no doubt, because a family member has owned one for several years. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but the process was smooth. Mr. Pedraza checked and verified the discounts we qualified for before I had the opportunity to ask. He introduced us to a sales manager, who thanked us for our business. We also were taken to the maintenance shop, which presents a clean, professional environment for the mechanics who service and repair vehicles. And then there is Sal Hernandez, the finance guy. Sal stressed the importance of the mechanical breakdown service contract, but wasn't too pushy. It's their job to push addons...I get it, but I generally pass. Sal's expertise and persuasive presentation convinced us that purchasing the plan would provide us the peace of mind needed if we experience a covered breakdown. It was a pleasure working with both Mr. Pedraza and Mr. Hernandez. Based on our experience, my wife and I definitely recommend Gunn Acura San Antonio. You won't be disappointed!”
