ā€œTook my escape in for a diagnostic. paid $225 for them to break my oil dipstick, break the screw holes in my air filter housing, and lost a bolt which they replaced with a wood screw. other parts were misaligned and plastic was stripped. tried to tell me the dipstick was ā€œjust like thatā€ and aren’t reaching back out once they said they’d fix the issues.ā€

ā€œThis has been the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The purchase started out fine. We quickly agreed on a price, and they offered to deliver the truck since I live two hours away. That gave me hope that everything would go smoothly. What followed was four days of poor communication, broken promises on delivery times, and multiple canceled plans because they could not follow through. I finally received the vehicle, but the process was already disappointing. I completed the Ford survey and gave them 3 stars. The service was clearly below average, but the deal was fair, so I tried to be reasonable. Soon after, the dealership told me that because I didn’t give them a 5-star review, they would come take the truck back. They intentionally held my check and delayed financing for over a week to keep that option over my head. They even offered me money to change my review to 5 stars, and threatened repossession if I didn’t comply. The only reason I still have the truck is because I informed them that I would take legal action if they tried to take it. Once that was said, the sales manager called his GM and backed off. Now, two months later, I receive a bill from the NC DMV because the dealership never sent the plates back as required. Yet another example of their incompetence and unprofessionalism. This dealership is a complete disaster. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere. I have attached text message receipts from That salesman for reference.ā€

ā€œI had such a great experience at Cavender Grand Ford a few weeks ago. I brought my 2020 Ford Escape in because my driver’s side door broke (thankfully it was a recall issue, so it was 100% covered). I worked with Denise and she updated me daily! She was able to fight for a 15 day Ford car rental for me (it’s typically only 4 days) and my car was at the dealership for less than 2 weeks. On top of that, when I dropped my car off initially, they offered me a Lyft to wherever I needed to go and when my car was ready, they delivered my car to my home at no additional cost. It was a very smooth experience - I highly recommend Cavender Grande Ford!ā€

ā€œI worked with Roger and Kalahant to purchase my first truck here. They were both great to work with. Amazing customer service and highly attentive. I went to about 6 different dealerships in the Austin and SA area, Roger was hands down the best one. He was knowledgeable, friendly, pressure free, and was motivated to win my business. I dealt with about 8 different sales guys in 2 weeks and Roger stood out. Good team to work with. Kal was very patient and time saving when he covered the warranties/finance part of the deal. Thank you both for getting me a sweet deal! Corey the sales manager was a little passive aggressive on our first chat. Not the best first impression. Don’t see how he wins over customers but everyone around him spoke well about him. Overall, good experience at Ford Cavender. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here.ā€
