“Purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo for my son. I was told by Aaron or Adam, whatever his name was…(it’s on my paperwork)it was in good condition and nothing mechanically wrong with it. From the beginning after getting home and parked in the driveway we noticed it was leaking oil. Took it to the shop and was told there was a broken bolt in the Turbo and the entire Turbo would need to be replaced. Now we have a bill for $3k for a car we just bought in what we were told, good condition and nothing mechanically wrong with it. No issues were disclosed to us by the manager Michael either. We will be filing a Lemon Law complaint against Auto BLVD if no accommodations or reimbursement on repairs are made. Before purchasing a car from this company which I do not recommend, take a mechanic with you to really look it over. Dealerships are required to disclose these issues before making the sell. These requirements were not met and actually lied about. Completing lost our trust. Thankfully we are still within the Lemon Law time frame to seek justice.”

“Andy sold me a 2016 BMW 435i convertible on 8/3/2025. Before I got into driver’s seat I asked him to show me how to put the hardtop down… long story short it didn’t work ( still doesn’t) he told me it’s a used car!! I know it’s a used car but who in their right mind would buy a convertible with it not working?? All of them have been giving me the run around I spoke to the manager Michael once , I’ve left several messages for him to call me and he hasn’t returned my call . Now they finally got the part but will not answer my phone calls or say they’ll call me back and they never do!! Today they are opened to 7:00 pm and they hung up on me and now they blocked my phone number!! What kind of customer service is this?? No one should be treated like this . Let’s not forget the melted right side door handle.”
