“Can’t recommend Audi Dominion enough. I’ve been car searching for a very long time for a Volkswagen Jetta GLI and Audi Dominion had the PERFECT one for me. Patricio and Abel were incredible at helping me get exactly what I wanted, down to Sean in financing sealing the deal. The whole Audi Dominion team is great. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new Audi or any other type of vehicle. “I bought my first car from Audi Dominion 3 years back. It has been nothing but unpleasant: the entire experience.
First, I was hounded by a pushy sales person Derek who kept trying all the scummy sales tactics on me: making me sign empty papers, delaying all conversations, making up deadlines, trying to sway me in directions i was explicit about not going.
The purchase itself was awful, they deliberately put in an older address that I explicitly mentioned i no longer live in so the documents went to the wrong address. They sold me on a bunch of unnecessary add-ons (which to be fair was my fault, I should have known better).
Post sales, all the calls that I received from them have been about upgrades and trading my car in. They got so spammy I had to eventually block their number. I also got lots of extended warranty phone calls so I wonder if they made me sign something to release my phone number. Those phone calls went on for a year and bothered me during work hours.
Finally, I found out that the add-ons I had purchased could be refunded. So I called them, and they made me physically bring in my car so they could inspect the mileage and pro-rate the refund. It’s been months since then and I haven’t received the refund.
If you’re looking to buy a new Audi, the showroom in South Austin is much better. I bought my second car there and the experience (sales, post sales, servicing) there has been INCREDIBLY better.”

Torrey and Waseem put together a deal I didn’t think was possible. This Audi dealer rivals any that you’ll find in Houston or Dallas. They’re high volume and customer focused.”

“This business is an absolute joke. Zero respect for their customers and no integrity or accountability whatsoever. I recently had my 2018 Audi Q5 serviced for an oil change, 100k mile service, and a serpentine belt replacement on October 31st. A week and a half go by after I had already driven the vehicle long distance.
Randomly the vehicle starts smoking and flashing an error message of low oil pressure and to turn off engine immediately. Come to find out, they never bolted down the pressure control valve which is shown below and also the cause of that. Now this dealership at first said their technician made a mistake and they would tow it and fix it. The next day they turn around and try to stiff me with the bill that THEY CAUSED. My father and I go over there to explain to them that this was not the cars fault, it was clearly negligence on their part. They finally said they would pay for it, but I had to ASK for documentation on that AFTER the fact. And now they state they do not have any loaner cars for me, and did not even offer rental car reimbursement.
And as I'm driving away they call me stating the part that needs to be replaced will take 5-7 days to arrive.
And yet they kept saying I had to wait for a courtesy car with no update whatsoever. I had reached out multiple times to speak to a manager and they never got back to me. I had to submit a complaint to the BBB in order to hear from them about damn near anything. They finally gave a courtesy car after what seemed like pulling teeth due to again, THEIR NEGLIGENCE.
I get my car back after about a day, and they only replaced the serpentine belt that was covered in oil because of THEM, and replaced the bolt, instead of the whole control valve because they ordered the incorrect part…
I was also told to get back with my service advisor in a few days about an engine diagnostics report to make sure the engine wasn’t damaged from this incident and Tiana never got back to me, completely ghosted me. I will keep pinging her for those documents considering the absolute disarray of this whole situation.
As an active duty service member I am truly appalled from the lack of integrity, and respect. I will make sure to notify all military members and others to steer very far from this business.”
