“This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. We bought a brand new Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. We went all in with the bumper to bumper 10 year extended warranty. We've been experiencing an issue with the auto start stop function (ISG) of the car. It will completely shut the entire car down. We took it in several times and they keep saying there is no known issue with this function on this car. Come to find out that's a complete lie. It absolutely is a known issue. Instead of listening and looking into it. The service person Collin was rude, demeaning and extremely argumentative. When I showed him that it is a known issue he said "I can throw parts at it all day and it'll get me nowhere". He didn't care what the known fixes were. We also had an issue with the visor. He said that the only thing that causes the issue is kids hanging from it. We don't have kids in the car. He told us that he's been in the industry for over 20 years and he knows all of the industry standards. The morale of the story is. Ken Garff doesn't listen to you. They also don't stand behind their vehicles. Colin does not belong in any type of customer service role. His answer about the dangerous issue with the ISG was either we trade in the car or don't drive it. I have an idea. How about you fix the issue and stop putting people's lives in jeopardy. Just a thought.”

“Buying a car from a distance can be a tricky proposition. David Suljic not only made the process easy but also took out the uncertainties. When I called about the Jeep, he assured me of its condition but also went out and took a very detailed video of the entire vehicle, inside and out. He answered all my questions as if he were the owner of the vehicle. The negotiations for the final price were quick and to the point. This dealership actually made the car purchasing experience and enjoyable one. Next time you are car shopping, give David a call at Ken Garff Hyundai. His knowledge and straightforward approach will make you happy you did. While here, hats off to the entire team at Ken Garff, I would not hesitate to buy from you again.”

“Awesome! Jose was amazingly outstanding! He made me feel comfortable and I did not feel rushed or pushed to buy anything at all! He was gentle and kind and patient. He answered all of my questions even the ones I had a hard time asking he knew it right off the bat! That’s called connecting with to your customers and they (we) appreciate that so much! Not once did I feel judged and he worked so well with me I loved my experience so much I got 2 cats from him! He is my go to and I have already told ALL of my family and friends about him! Way to go Jose O!”
