“The worst investment I've ever made was buying a car from this company. I thought it was a reputable company that provided reliable vehicles, but it's the complete opposite. I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer because when they offered it to me, they said it had been inspected and passed all checks, assuring me that the car was in great condition. Unfortunately, a few days later, it started leaking antifreeze. I contacted the person who sold me the car, and their response was basically that I should figure it out myself (this is what they said: "Take it to a mechanic to get it diagnosed and call the engine and transmission warranty company you purchased"). Keep in mind that I also purchased two warranties at the time of sale. I took it to three different mechanics to get an accurate diagnosis: "The water pump needs to be replaced." I called the warranty company, only to receive another surprise: the only way they would cover the repair was if the dealership itself inspected the car and sent them the diagnosis. After this, my wife and I called every number we could find for this company until they finally told us we had to bring the car in. After a few days, they called me to tell me the same problem that the other mechanics had already identified, and that the repair would be at my expense because the warranty didn't cover it. It's a shame that you invest in something with complete confidence, only to end up spending even more money. I wouldn't recommend this company to any friend or acquaintance, nor would I ever buy a car here again.”
