“Update 2 the general manager, attempted to resolve the situation and make it right. All the effort was great however we continued on our path to purchase the vehicle elsewhere as that had already been initiated. Well, I do appreciate the gentle manager, reaching out The initial experience was still a bit rough. I updated the review to three stars versus one due to the GM following up. We do appreciate that however the sales team needs to correct some issues.
Update 1-We are in contact with the General Manager who was very kind to reach out and attempt to resolve the situation. Will update again once the issue is resolved.
Initial review: Very shady sales team. If I can save at least one person from buying a car from these folks, then I know my review was helpful. We wanted to give these folks our business, however they tried to pull every sales tactic under the sun on us. I’m a seasoned buyer run two companies one of them which I have Fleet vehicles so I’m not any stranger to buying vehicles. It surprises me that this place would still be in business treating and dealing with customers the way they do. When I caught them in their dishonesty, they decided not to sell the vehicle. It’s unfortunate, but I guess that’s why the “the car salesman“ metaphor earned its reputation. Beware of the tactics and the extras that they try to make you buy or force you to finance a car which I suspect is illegal. We ended up buying from different Landrover dealer, the sales team was very upfront and honest.”

“I recently brought a Range Rover in for service with a Suspension Fault warning light. After the diagnosis, I was given an estimate of $4700 for the repair. I agreed to the repair and waited for the repair to be completed. I arrived at the dealership, paid for the repairs and drove away with the vehicle. Within a mile after leaving the dealership, the Suspension Fault warning light returned. I returned the vehicle to the dealership for more analysis. Following a week of analysis, I received a new estimate for repairs that was approximately an additional $10,000. So, the original estimate of the repairs tripled from approximately $5,000 to $15,000! Even more troubling than the increase in the repair cost, was the lack of communication from the Service Department. I called the Service Department and left a message to ask the Service Representative to call to discuss the new estimate. No call. I then texted the Service Representative. Again no response. The following day, still with no contact from the Service Representative, I texted again. Finally, the Service Representative returned my call but could not provide any real insight as to why the cost had tripled or why the $5000 of parts and labor already invested did not resolve the issue. I asked to speak with the Service Manager who provided little information also. No explanation why the cost had ballooned nor why the original repairs were not effective. Her comment that “you don’t understand how this works” pretty much ended the conversation.
I have owned 10 Range Rovers over a long period of time and currently own 3. I have had the vehicles serviced in CT, PA and UT.
This, by far, is the worst experience I have had. My opinion is that this dealership is incompetent or unethical or both!”

“Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff without aggressive Sales pressure.
I was able to verify features on the cars I was interested in easily and smoothly.
Purchasing the car from another state can be challenging. This dealership was very responsive and professional.
My sales rep was very helpful and available to any questions I had, once I narrowed down the cars that I was interested in, I received videos with confirmation of all of my questions and went forward through the purchasing process. Worth the drive !
Love the car , love the experience and will definitely come back to this dealership.”
