“Unprofessional and never call you back and will leave you on hold. I’ve been waiting to get my car completely fixed since January 12. I immediately noticed that my gas cover was sticking out and there was a motor light on and a wrench light that was not there before I took my car to get serviced from a hit and run. The guy told me that was a new gas cover and that is the way it fits, lol. I bought my car back in for an hour Service and and they would call when it was ready, after four hours, I called them back to see if it was ready to be told. They forgot to call me back. Then they said they broke the piece and had to reorder. I told them I wanted genuine Kia parts. Luckily I have a picture of my original. Then they told me the piece would be back in two days and they would call me. That did not happen. I called today again and was put on hold for a very long time and was told they would call me back when the service technician got back from lunch. That did not happen so I called again and was told to just bring it in anytime tomorrow. I told the guy I need an appointment because I have already been inconvenienced. I asked him what time will they open in the morning and I will be there when they open and I cannot sit long. He said 830 but they have a meeting at 8:30 so I should come at nine. When I went in at 9 AM, two employees came out and looked at me and went back in their office. No Good morning can I help you never happened. About 5 to 10 minutes later the guy comes out and reaches for my keys, still no good morning etc. Five minutes later and Lady came out of service door and said good morning Have you been helped. I immediately said, wow I didn’t think people could talk today and I appreciate your good morning. I hope my car gets done in 30 minutes and I will never use this collision center ever.. I have used them in the past and was pleased, but I guess these are all new people. I may be a woman, but I was not born yesterday and I do know a little something about cars.
I immediately called my insurance company to let them know all the repair problems I noticed. They sent an adjuster out. I was right! Team Chevrolet assured me, everything was correct. If an experienced repair employee and the manager could not recognize the errors why would I return. When other people saw the repairs completed the first question that was asked was where did you go. When I told them, all responses all responses and comments were not positive. Everyone said they would not take their car there because they will mess your car up. They told me I have a lifetime warranty on the mess they did, but why would I return. My engine light, wrench light and brake light are still on my dash. My gas door still will not close properly. I specifically asked for Kia genuine parts. I was told it was, Not!”

“If you’re looking for a salesman who actually listens (yes, even to your husband on speakerphone 😄), Jordan Cason is your guy. I walked in with high hopes and somehow walked out with every single expectation exceeded.
Jordan didn’t rush, didn’t pressure, and didn’t give off that “salesman vibe” we all dread. Instead, he made the entire experience feel easy, personal, and honestly… fun. He heard every word I said, respected what we wanted, and made sure we left confident and excited—not second-guessing anything.

“I had a great car buying experience at Team Chevrolet/ GMC in Salisbury, NC. The sales staff went above and beyond to ensure I received a great deal . I was able to get the exact vehicle I was looking for too. I had shopped a couple other dealers in the area prior to arriving at Team. The difference was night & day in about every category of purchasing a new vehicle. I'm glad I gave them a look because it was well worth my time.”

“We just purchased our new car at this dealership and I am absolutely in love with the customer service and how well we were treated. I highly recommend if you're in the Salisbury North Carolina area and need a new ride to go check these guys out. They are truly the best of the best. You don't need to see. No rest. See what happens when you go to a good dealership. You start to rhyme and sometimes you do it on time. It's been even when you're holding a dime or when you're drinking soda with lime.... Haha!”
