“The Parts department was awesome. While traveling across country to drop our child off at college for her freshman year, we had car trouble with her Chevy Equinox. After figuring out what the problem was ( thank you Advanced Auto parts for the diagnostic read and a simple tool set), we called Pinkerton and spoke to their very helpful Parts department. They clarified the part that was needed, checked it was correct and had it in stock. The part was waiting for us on the counter when we got there. When they heard our story they even gave us a discount. We were able to change the part in the hotel parking lot and made it the remaining 600 miles to drop our daughter off. I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership!! A bad situation ended up reminding us that there are helpful, knowledgeable and kind people.
