“The salesstaff was excellent. He contacted me several times before I purchased my 2026 Pallisades calligraphy. Very attentive and not pressured. The reason for my 3 stars is that I had money and gift cards in the car I traded in. Went back to get what I left and was told that they take everything and take it as trash. Well money and gift cards are not trashed. My salesperson mentioned this to the managers but I have heard nothing from anyone. I’ve lost trust in Windell to do the right thing. I will say it is otherwise nice dealership.”
