āHonestly I would give more stars if this things allowed me to! I worked with Sofia young but sharp she worked hard to get me a great deal I used to be in the business and couldnāt do it dealing with all sorts of people that make up false assumptions not knowing what goes on behind the scenes when fighting for a good deal I give her props for being efficient and honest 100/10 thank you will be recommending my whole family she even went out of her way offer to buy us lunch since we were waiting a while finance

āThis Mazda dealer is truly next level when it comes to customer care and service. Iāve owned a few cars and visited many dealerships and auto shops, and from my perspective, thereās really not much competition when it comes to matching Mazdaās prices and quality of care.
Shout out to Michelle for always exceeding expectations with her upbeat, genuine personality. She makes going to the dealership for service a great experience. The fact that she remembers faces and names means a lot. Honestly, all of the service team members are amazing.
Not to mention, the waiting lobby is always clean and stocked with snacks and water, and the free WiFi actually works great. Itās always a pleasure getting my car serviced at Mazda. Thank you!ā

āOverall an easy and enjoyable buying experience compared to other dealers! Victor in sales and Josh one of the sales managers were extremely kind and helpful.
I called to inquire about two used CX-50s that ended up being above budget and Victor asked if Iād consider a new one of a different trim. I told him a new one was also out of my budget by the numbers but he and Josh worked really hard to put me and my wife in the best car we could get for the best price. A few times I told them even if we couldnāt make the numbers work Iād be writing a great review!
They were never defensive about what I was able to offer them. I felt like we were able to have very pleasant but honest conversations. Multiple times they said they wanted to earn our business which no other dealer said or made us feel.
We made the trek from Marysville WA to pick up our new ā25 CX-50 premium on about a days notice. Victor made sure we went on a test drive and was the most knowledgable person we spoke to about the car compared to other dealers. He also helped us get set up before we drove away.
We are very thankful we called and that Victor picked up! My wife enjoyed the sales process more than any other dealership because she didnāt have to talk to anyone or walk in until we knew exactly what we were walking out with. We will absolutely be telling family, friends, and coworkers to give Victor a call.
One thing I wish was a bit smoother was when we talked to the finance manager. He was nice as well but was a little pushy with the warranty offers. Itās a lot of information to process after a long drive and make a quick decision on. My advice would be to prepare to firmly decline during the sales process or to look into which warranty or maintenance plans you might be interested in ahead of time and be prepared to negotiate that pricing and terms separately from the vehicle purchase.ā

āThe experience was jeffinitely a great experience. Jeff was amazing and took his time to make sure we got out what we wanted. No BS, just laughs and great quality service. We drove away with a brand new 2025 cx-50 meridian edition. He made sure we will be comfortable with our new purchase and didn't push us into anything. 1000% will be recommending Salem mazda to family and friends. (We live over an hour away and drove down for Jeff)ā
