I had my heart set on a very specific car and there were very few available resulting in me making an out-of-state purchase and the process was so smooth I felt like I didn't have anything to worry about. I had put feelers out to a few different dealerships in New England and she was the first person to get back to me, going way above and beyond what I expected by even responding outside of their business hours. Throughout the process she was incredibly communicative and responsive which was very important to me as it was my first time purchasing from a dealership. She provided every detail of information to ensure I felt comfortable and confident with the purchase and was able to secure the car for me six days in advance of when I was able to come make the purchase as well as hold it for me for another week until I was able to come pick it up.
