My customer service advisor, Katy Pierre, was fantastic. She was pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable, and upbeat. She had an infectious, joyful personality that made the entire experience pleasant. I have to commend her for the wonderful job that she did. She listened attentively; took my concerns into consideration and advised me professionally and competently. I was not pressured into services that were not warranted or needed. The work was done promptly and neatly. Prices were reasonable. The facility was clean, bright, comfortable and overall was it just a wonderful experience. Absolutely would recommend this dealership.

Just leased a 2026 Murano from Smithtown Nissan. My salesman was Malik Fields who got me a great deal. I highly recommend dealing with Malik. The whole process was smooth and he was a pleasure to deal with. He even referred me to an insurance agent who saved me over $100 monthly on my car insurance. Ask for Malik when shopping at Smithtown Nissan.

Thank you to the team at Nissan for getting me into my new vehicle! It was the specific model, color and trim i was looking for and i absolutely love it. They have a great selection of vehicles and a nice showroom. They stayed late getting the deal done so I could drive home with it. I did spend more than I thought i would as advertised and while that is ok, I would’ve appreciated an invoice with my purchase, especially to itemize the increase so I knew what I was financing. Also, a little after care regarding what’s included in my purchase would’ve been helpful. I.e included services, using Nissan parts and service vs taking it to a mechanic on my own, what comes with warranty(great warranty btw) warranty papers. Then I called about 2 weeks after to speak with someone and he didn’t help me in the showroom when I purchased so seemed to not be able to help me over the phone, never got a call back that was offered. Overall, I’m very happy with my car and the dealership helped me on getting a deal done. Just wish they could’ve been more on top of their game, not only with clients that are looking to buy but those that have already spent money.
