“Thank you to the team at Nissan for getting me into my new vehicle! It was the specific model, color and trim i was looking for and i absolutely love it. They have a great selection of vehicles and a nice showroom. They stayed late getting the deal done so I could drive home with it. I did spend more than I thought i would as advertised and while that is ok, I would’ve appreciated an invoice with my purchase, especially to itemize the increase so I knew what I was financing. Also, a little after care regarding what’s included in my purchase would’ve been helpful. I.e included services, using Nissan parts and service vs taking it to a mechanic on my own, what comes with warranty(great warranty btw) warranty papers. Then I called about 2 weeks after to speak with someone and he didn’t help me in the showroom when I purchased so seemed to not be able to help me over the phone, never got a call back that was offered. Overall, I’m very happy with my car and the dealership helped me on getting a deal done. Just wish they could’ve been more on top of their game, not only with clients that are looking to buy but those that have already spent money.”
