“Really bad experience. Took my pickup in for hard shifting and a rear pinion seal leak. They told me the rear pinion bearing was bad and needed rebuilt/replaced. Taken it back 3x now because truck was still leaking gear oil and truck was still shifting hard. Each time they had it for minimum 2 weeks and over $5,000 later truck is still having its shifting problems.”

He knew we were coming, he said "I have it here waiting for you". Walk in to be told to wait. Around 30 mins go by and not a single person said another thing to me. I walked out after another customer walked out before me who was upset about a repair. As I was leaving I found the vehicle I was inquiring about tucked off in the back lot and not matching the description the salesman said. Completely unprofessional and dishonest treatment from a supposed reputable dealership deserves a 0 star rating.”
