I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Niello BMW Sacramento. Buying a car from out of state can be stressful, but the entire team here made the process feel smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. I would like to especially thank Dalton, Justin, Ivan, and Jared for their continuous support throughout this process, whether it was to answer questions or simply offer their help. Their professionalism, patience, and desire to make this deal as smooth as possible was clear. Communication was excellent and they were completely transparent about the whole process from the start. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle, even if you're out of state, this dealership is absolutely worth your trust. I highly recommend them and would gladly buy from them again.

I rarely leave reviews but in this instance, I feel compelled to do so. This is my third BMW I purchased from the Niello dealership located at 2020 Fulton Ave, in Sacramento, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases but what makes it an ever better customer experience is maintenance of my BMW. Andrew Kemp, my service advisor, has been providing me with an outstanding customer service all those years. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His passion about his work easily translates to the exceptional quality of service I’ve been receiving year after year. He’s in a class of his own. He has always gone above and beyond to satisfy my vehicle needs, recommend improvements, inform me of new products and services. Ultimately, what makes Niello a great dealership is having employees like Andrew Kemp in their team. So grateful, indeed.

This is yet another fantastic experience with the Niello family of dealerships. We’ve been loyal customers of Niello Audi for years, and today we took delivery of a BMW from Niello BMW — and the level of service is every bit as exceptional as we’ve come to expect from this group. There is no better repair facility in the entire Sacramento Roseville Rocklin Loomis area. if you live in the Roseville Rocklin Loomis area and you’re tired of being treated like you own a 20 year old Hyundai but you own a beautiful BMW luxury car you should bring your car to Niello BMW on Fulton Avenue in Sacramento. I felt like royalty from the moment I was greeted and sat down with Christian the service writer. He was very attentive and listened to every detail of my concerns regarding my vehicle and set the expectations from the start. After the technician took good quality time looking over my entire vehicle I received a text message with the link of detailed explanation of everything going on with my vehicle and what the cost would be to repair. I found that these costs Are comparable to an independent shop making it extremely affordable to have my vehicle repaired here. After my vehicle was finished with all the repairs I was notified when it was done, and I let them know that I was coming to pick it up. As I pulled into the dealership, my car was sitting there ready to go. I didn’t have to wait for it. I didn’t have to ask around I went right in paid for my repairs and went on my way with my newly repaired beautiful vehicle. I have to say I was hesitant before taking it to the franchise BMW store here at Nielo BMW, but after this experience, I will never take my BMW anywhere else. Thank you again Christian for providing such extreme service to me and for my vehicle

I had a good experience purchasing my car, however when I purchased my car I got the ceramic paint protection coating and had to schedule to bring the car back. The day I bought my BMW, the finance manager told me I would be getting a better rental than the car I purchased. They then called me several times about scheduling n appt to have that done, and when I finally scheduled the appt, and they called to confirm the day before, I was told that they had a loaner BMW all cleaned and ready to go for me. I was also told I would be in and out. Well not only is I wait over 30 mins when I had to be at work, so not in and out. But the car I come out to is a filthy bright red Niello. It looks like a Nintendo car. But whatever fine, I’ll deal I guess even though I feel lied too. The worst part that I am PISSED about is the car is FILTHY!! They didn’t bother to even attempt to wipe it down inside. No vacuuming, nothing! Look at the photos. Someone else used this car, this is DISGUSTING! I could get sick as some one else’s germs and bacteria are in this car. Idk if the person before me picks their nose, or are nasty etc. but based on the condition of the car clearly they aren’t sanitary. I keep my car clean, I expected to at the VERY LEAST have a clean rental car. This is foul and I’m so pissed. And when I told the guy at BMW all of this he told me basically oh well this is the only rental we have. I should have said then give me my car back and reschedule me when you have the rental you promised and a clean rental. I regret I did not do that. Super disappointed in my first service experience smh.
