I recently purchased a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon (used) from Neilo Audi Sacramento and had an excellent experience from start to finish. They provided a clean Carfax report with no hidden information, which gave me a lot of confidence. I also appreciated their one-price policy — no negotiation, no stress, just a fair and transparent deal. They even offered a good warranty with solid coverage, which added extra peace of mind. A big thank you to Jim for making the process smooth and comfortable. He is very kind, humble, and genuine. He never pressured me — it honestly felt like a friend was helping me rather than a salesperson. I love my Jeep Gladiator Rubicon and highly recommend Neilo Audi Sacramento. Ask for Jim!

Before purchasing my new Audi, I went to the dealership three other times. Each time Mark and Ben were extremely helpful and patient. Never once did they use the salesman line, Do you have time to look at numbers?” Or “What can we do to get you in this car today?” Never once! They answered my million questions and I test drove many cars. This was the best car buying experience I’ve EVER had of the 8 cars I’ve purchased. Jeff the manager assisted and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Along with Kyle in finance. They truly work as a team and are fantastic!

I recently purchased a used VW GTI at Niello Audi. Cesar was absolutely amazing to work with - he was not only genuine and dedicated to meeting my needs, but he was so kind. He kept me well-informed the entire time, made sure to answer all my questions with a patience that is very rare in salesmen, and made this stressful process so much more approachable and navigable. I’m so grateful that I got to work with Cesar, and I’m very excited about getting to own the car I’ve been wanting for 13 years! Thanks Cesar and Niello Audi!

My prior review was probably in error as noted by the CarFax findings referenced by Andrew Lyon of Niello Audi below. The damage I thought was due to lot damage was probably due to a prior accident repair, that oddly enough was work done by Bertolucci's Body & Fender who thought that it was lot damage when they went to repair it five years later. As a result, I don't have clear evidence that Niello was responsible, so I apologize and have changed the rating of my review, as all of my service experience with two cars over 7 years with Niello has been generally good.
