My sales rep WAS very helpful and I had a very satisfying buying experience, but now that the sale has concluded… 😱 I have issues with the “StarGard” security system I purchased and can Not get anyone to return my calls,(6-7 calls). Apparently the Wrong unit was installed in my truck, (as the GPS still shows the location at the dealer) so since I couldn’t get a return call, I finally Drove to the dealer to try and resolve. I confronted the finance person, Anthony that told me me he had “probably installed the wrong unit” and would replace it with another unit”. I was not in the truck I purchased so he gave me another unit so that I could install myself in the truck, (located 100 miles away) and advised me “he would delete the old unit and set up the new one in the computer”… Said “he would do it that afternoon or the next day and send me an email” but 3 days later still no email no StarGard! Again, I’ve called 4-5 times left messages for Anthony And finance manager Brandy, still NO response, NO call back…😡

My fiancé and I were in need of a vehicle to replace my aged out car. As soon as we pulled into Future Ford we were greeted warmly as we were linked up with our salesman, Jordan. He was incredibly helpful and informative when we started looking at used vehicles and found that the ones that interested me were just too high in miles to be comfortable with so he suggested at least taking a look at news vehicles, an option we didn’t think was within our reach. We decided to take a look anyway and came across a nice looking truck, in its grey azure glory, which we took on a test drive and fell in love with. I have always wanted a small truck as well as a hybrid so this vehicle checked a lot of boxes for me along with all of the modern features included with the XLT model. Jordan was incredibly helpful and friendly through the entire process from the first hand shake to driving the new vehicle off of the lot. He helped us get in to a brand new 2026 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid, our families first NEW car with only 12 miles driving off the lot, something we thought wasn’t even an option for us, with payments we can afford! I would highly recommend Future Ford and if you stop by, ask for Jordan!

I can only say positive words about my experience with this dealership, especially Jordan McClelland who sold us the Toyota Rav4. I was at my breaking point trying to find the best car for us. Jordan listened and delivered. He made the experience as simple as possible, minimizing the back and forth, making it the best car buying experience I’ve had! Even the two employees who delivered my car were incredible. They all had a personal touch that made me feel like I was taken care of. If you’re looking for a place you can trust and make your car buying experience easy, I highly recommend Future Ford!

Wow!! what else can I say, beautiful dealership great sales rep he even met me outside I was treated like family the entire time.. I learned the vehicle I was interested in was sought after by a few others and they waited for me as I came 100 miles to test drive.. if I could do 10 stars I would the entire process was super smooth and they were kind enough to give me a lil help with purchase price even tho there we others interested in vehicle.. I would highly recommend FUTURE FORD for any vehicle purchase. BEST BIRTHDAY AND XMAS PRESENT EVER.. retirement gift too!! Thank you to Chase in finance as well!! ILL BE RECOMMENDING TO EVERYONE I KNOW!!

I originally went to Future Ford to sell my 2020 Land Rover. When I arrived, I was paired with the most amazing sales guy, Marcus Estes. Now, I have purchased vehicles in the past but my car buying experience has never been great. Marcus was extremely patient with me and allowed me to test drive vehicles even though I was not in the market for one. I ended up falling in love with a white 2025 Bronco they had on the lot. He was very knowledgeable about the Broncos, explaining the different perks you can get depending on the vehicles trim. I love that Marcus was not pushy, nor did he make me feel like I was wasting his time. Marcus has a personality that makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. Long story short, I now own a 2025 Bronco that I love. THANK YOU MARCUS ESTES, FOR SIMPLY BEING YOU!
