“Terrible service, we just wasted a whole day. We live 2 hours away but wanted the car. We called with a pre-approval from our bank, and Eli told us that they partnered with our bank, but he could also get us a better rate. We made an appointment and came in good faith. The car has undisclosed damages to the hood and several chips in the windshield. They left us on the sidewalk for an hour while they prepared paperwork, and then came out with nothing. They don't partner with our bank, and wanted us to take a purchase order and come back on another day. This could have been emailed if they had been honest about financing, but then we wouldn't have seen the undisclosed damage. I guess maybe we got lucky, so frustrated though. Bad bad bad.”

I felt like he went above and beyond helping me by being understanding with a minor issue the following day, made sure I was taken care of and satisfied with my new purchase. Even helped me with referrals for tint services. I felt comfortable knowing they have a full auto service center at the location for all my car serving needs in the future. Rob, service manager was very understanding & helpful in making sure the trunk was functioning properly.
