“It’s a terrible service. The sales department works in a worse way. Tell about the offer with an excellent percentage, make a request and not offer a good percentage. It’s a good job. We had a second option of the dealer with whom we were negotiating. And he was able to help us in this matter despite the fact that our rating has dropped to this dealer. Prices were changed as you like yesterday, it was cheaper, today it’s more expensive. Dan did a great job, he’s a great guy and Prada from all this incomprehensible Sales is a great guy. Offering 20% and saying that these are good conditions for a new car is a joke. I don’t recommend anyone to get here.”

He led us inside to Dan N. who was really helpful and knowledgeable, and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted, even offering to source a vehicle if needed. “I purchased 2 vehicles on 1/1/25. A 2019 ram 3500 hemi dually V8 and a 2021 dodge challenger. The man that we bought the cars from, Dan was great. However, we were there for 8 hours. My partner and I were both sick and just wanted to get out of there. We signed paperwork that we definitely should not have. After getting home, the passenger seat belt in the challenger would not retract, both cars had 1/4 a tank of gas and my key fob battery died the next day. I replaced the battery myself. I was given a rental while they replaced the seatbelt. However, why were these things not checked prior to selling it? I also was harassed by a few of the sales people (will not name) about an employment verification. They called and texted and were extremely rude. I had given them my employment verification through my pay check history. I also found the sticker price in the glove box of the truck which was $56,000 and I paid $72,000. I went to speak to the general manager, Charles Dean to see if I could get Sirius radio and some swag for my hassle. He basically refused, put his hand in my face when I was speaking and kicked me out of his office. I asked for the corporate number and he refused to give it to me. He then gave me his card and told me to tell them I spoke to Charles Dean. I was appalled. I could not believe that I was treated so badly after such a horrible experience. I called corporate multiple times and have had no resolution. Please Do not buy from them.”

“I bought my son a Dodge Charger here for his 16th birthday and the car was sold to me as no damage and a clear car fax, one year later we took the car to get the oil change and the discovered the dealership sold the car to us with a metal piece taped to the bottom of the car. I tried to call the manager and resolve this matter and they said it was not their responsibility and under new ownership! Do not buy a car from this scamming company!!”
