“My new Infinity Car had a host of technological commands I could not follow eventually the safety system on the car locked and I could not put the car in drive I called John he came out immediately diagnosed the problem had to return to Victory Motors to get a tool he returned very quickly got the car started and gave me a hug now that’s service that’s going beyond the call of duty! Now I don’t have to cancel any of my client appointments I am headed back to work instead of spending the after noon at The Infinity Servicc Center!!!!!!”

My opinion
Oh how I wish we could reply to other reviews.
Scummy dealership that sells lemons that break down on you and cost way more to fix then it is to buy the car.
Make sure you take the car to a real mechanic that has clue about cars right away before you get stuck with a lemon thats unsafe for the road so it sits in the driveway until its paid off. You get what you pay for here.
Watch after I post this someone they know with post a "good" fake review lol.”

“I was not referred to Victory Motors on-line I found them on-line because I was looking for a gently used Infinity with low mileage. When I arrived John was introduced to me and became my salesperson we drove in the car and I noticed one of the tires was low on air which made me a tile nervous. At any rate I called about two weeks later after looking at other models told him my price point with no down payment he agreed and said what warranties would be included. When I returned the tires had been repaired, the price point was not changed at the last minute and there were not a lot of hidden ad-ons and he gave me good service securing my insurance coverage before I left the dealership. I would definitely recommend Victory Motors because they are honest, keep their word, and give excellent service.”

“Ya'll need to mail me the proof of work you claim you done while it was just sitting in the parking lot all 4 times.
This "dealership" should change it's name to the Lemon Lot ran by the shady bunch

Still waiting for the proof that they worked on my vehicle or did I pay $133 for it to just sit in their Lemon Lot 🤔
Helpful tip: If you end up with an unsafe vehicle that should not have been sold, allowed on the streets or problems that are not being addressed properly... contact the actual car company file a complaint and start a case so your car will be looked at and fixed.

All I am going to say is, this is beyond the worse 1st buyer experience when it comes to this vehicle. This car will be sitting in my driveway until I pay it down and trade it in. I only use it to drive to work I won't risk putting my family in it thats how much I don't trust it. I have strong feeling that the previous owner was well aware of the issues this vehicle has and didn't make it known when trading it in. I also get that it was "worked" the last few days but returning it completely filthy covered in mud and dirt was beyond rude.
Its true what they say "You get what you pay for" .
Stuck with a P.O.S lemon that won't hold a charge for long!!!”

“Jesse was great to work with. The whole process was easy and quick. I live about 3 hours from the dealership and did everything online. I had not done that before and as most was skeptical but Jesse made this a easy process and and was able to talk through how they got the car and details about the car. They delivered the car to me a few days later and the car is exactly as the pictures showed and what Jesse told me was all accurate and on the level. Definitly would not hesitate to buy from them again.”
