“First time here and will never go back. Extremely disappointed how parts and service do not take responsibility or stand by their product/work. I just had step bars put on a new Traverse RS that does not match the gloss trim. The fronts are not flush and sticking out. I was not shown the product or informed that they replace the gloss rocker panel for matte when they sell gloss step bars. I asked for them to be swapped for the gloss ones at added cost and it took days for a response. I left multiple voice mails only to get a text saying to contact their body shop to get them painted. They keep all original parts they take off to reuse for themselves. Very unprofessional. RESPONSE TO REPLY - I contacted them numerous times and between the rep, sales manager, and parts manager, this was the best they could do. Contact the body shop to have them paint and pay more money in labor, when they could have easily swapped them for factory painted ones.”

“The price for a simple vehicle safety inspection is extremely high compared to what it was just three years ago. I was told that the inspection fee would go toward any repairs, which gave me some comfort in moving forward. However, after the inspection, when I declined certain repairs and decided to apply the money toward one specific repair, the company did not honor what was originally explained to me. When I addressed the issue, the representative responded by saying they did say that and that they had already given me the “best price” for the inspection or it would have been even more. I left feeling very disappointed and honestly like I had been taken advantage of. The only positive part of my experience was the shuttle service. The ride home after dropping off my vehicle was very convenient and appreciated.”
