“I contacted Genesis Of Round Rock through their website explained what I was looking for and within minutes received a phone call from one of their sales people named Poli. I told Poli which vehicle we were looking for and he said they had one in stock in the trim and color we wanted. He asked us to come in and take a look at the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership Poli greeted us and introduced himself. He gave us a tour of the facility and explained what Genesis was all about. He offered us something to drink and snacks after which he brought us to see the vehicle we were interested in. Poli was very professional and informative. He looked at our trade and proceeded to put a deal together for us. The buying process was straightforward and simple and we picked the car up the next day, Poli also facilitated getting the windows tinted for before picking it up. When we picked the car up the next day Poli went over it to make sure it was properly detailed and looked perfect for us, he spent about 35 minutes thoroughly explaining everything about the car and showed us how everything worked. Overall we were very pleased with the buying process and way we treated. I would highly recommend Genesis of Round Rock to anyone looking at purchasing a Genesis vehicle.”
