“As a new family of five, we came in to look at minivans that we saw on their website. Lu was awesome - he had both vans pulled up for us to look at when we arrived. We test drove both and he was very patient with us and all our questions. We narrowed it down to the Sienna and requested a maintenance inspection just to be sure of its reliability.
