In August, we purchased two vehicles from this dealership: a used A6 and a new Q6. While we experienced immediate engine issues with the A6, the dealership was prompt in helping us resolve that matter. On the other hand, the experience with the new Q6 has been unacceptable. We were assured the Q6 would be delivered around the same time as the A6. However, over three months later, the Q6 is still undelivered, reportedly sitting at the dealership awaiting 'parts and updates.' Crucially, we have received no firm timeline on when we can expect this new vehicle. This has caused major logistical hardship. We are a family with two young children, and we bought two cars because we urgently needed two cars. For over three months, we have been severely restricted by having only one vehicle. To make matters worse, we are currently paying for the insurance and registration on a car we cannot use. Although the dealership is covering the monthly finance note during this extensive delay, they have refused to provide a loaner vehicle to address our immediate need for two cars. This lack of support makes us feel our urgent family needs are not being taken seriously. Furthermore, attempts to contact the General Manager over the past two months to resolve this situation have been unsuccessful. We are consistently redirected to a salesperson or simply asked to leave a number for a callback that never comes. We have purchased Audis from several other dealerships and have experienced far superior communication and customer service. I strongly advise potential buyers to explore other options. Based on our past excellent experiences, we recommend Audi Atlanta on Peachtree.

I recently traded in my 2020 Q5 for the ALL-NEW Q5 and PAULA THOMPSON was a jewel from start to finish. My customer service experience with PAULA THOMPSON was the smoothest I have ever had in my adult life. She worked beautifully with Segarent and the members of her team to get me what I wanted in the budget where I wanted it. I didn't feel the tension and frustration I normally feel when I am buying/leasing cars. We explored all possible options. She made good use of my time and did not rest until I was completely satisfied. AUDI NORTH ATLANTA you are blessed to have someone of her caliber on your team. Even though there is another Audi dealer about 10 miles closer to my home, I look forward to having my new car serviced at your dealership. My journey to owning a new Audi A3 this July began with an online inquiry, and from that first click, the experience was truly excellent, thanks to the dedicated efforts of salesman Erwin Wilson at Audi North Atlanta. I initially chose my vehicle remotely, and Erwin was an absolute professional in guiding me through the process. There was a small, unforeseen delay in getting the car ready, but Erwin handled it with incredible grace and transparency. He proactively kept me in the loop with constant updates, so I never felt left in the dark. His communication was outstanding, and it was clear he was doing everything he could to get the car ready for me. We came from New Jersey to pick up our new car last weekend at Audi North Atlanta. Richard Yam helped us out from the beginning when we decided to get a bigger vehicle up until we were happy and content once we left the parking lot. Thank you, Rich, for your outstanding service. Rich is reliable, honest and diligent. Thank you to the Audi staff for making this process go through smoothly. We had a long way drive back to New Jersey. Leaving with our new 2025 Audi Q7, we were smooth sailing through our weekend road trip.
