ā€œWalser is one of the worst dealerships ive dealt with. Brought my vehicle in for repairs. Their costs were unbelievable and their customer service was almost as bad. Wouldn't offer a loaner vehicle and kept my vehicle for 3 days without answering the phone or sending updates about it. And when I asked for a loaner when they said they didn't know how long it would be they told me I can go to enterprise and pay for my own rental since they're out of loaners. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Had similar issues at walser Toyota. Bloomington too.ā€

ā€œIf I could use negative stars to do my rating I would. What started as a smooth purchase experience soon led to a complete disaster. My husband and I went into Walser in Roseville to look at a new vehicle and ultimately ended up purchasing 2 vehicles. Great!! Well….that was early November. December rolled around, I needed to make the payments on the two loans. The one vehicle - no problem. The other which is owned by my business was a different story. The bank that held the financing couldn’t find my loan. After going back and forth it was discovered that the dealership had processed my entire loan with the incorrect tax ID number for my company. I contacted the dealership for their assistance in getting that corrected with the lender. Their response was short and blunt - we cannot help. I then had to work with my CPA and the bank to get this corrected. TWO DAYS after I got that figured out, I received a phone call from the Sales Manager. I thought maybe it was a call to apologize for the inconvenience. NOPE…it was a call to explain to me yet another mistake they had made with this same vehicle. Turns out the dealership sent me home with the WRONG vehicle! My paperwork, auto insurance, licensing with the state of MN, EVERYTHING was done with the incorrect VIN number. Again, no apology. NOTHING other than telling me I needed to jump thru a bazillion hoops to get this resolved. The sales manager that contacted me was blunt, rude, curt, and the list goes on to describe the lack of concern, lack of consideration etc., I seriously could not believe this was happening. All of this taking place days before Christmas so many of the people I needed to connect with for my auto insurance, business CPA and auto loan were of course out of the office. After numerous emails and ME CORRECTING more mistakes on their ā€œrevised/correctedā€ loan documents, the General Manager of the dealership came to my office to have the final paperwork signed to get the correct license plates on my vehicle and get the licensing corrected with the state of MN. This General Manager stood at our company’s front desk, didn’t say a word. Didn’t explain to me what I was being asked to sign, didn’t offer to give me copies of what had been signed and didn’t once apologize for their oversight and error! Not once! The only thing I said to him was that they were lucky I had not been in an accident with a vehicle technically I did not own! For almost 2 months they had me driving around with the wrong vehicle. Unbelievable! Customer service should be #1 for all businesses. Clearly this company does not believe in that. I am extremely sorry that I purchased 2 vehicles with them that totaled well over $100,000. Obviously I would not recommend them to anyone! Had they even once said they were sorry - it would have made all the difference in the world. Mistakes happen. I get that. But just a simple apology could have drastically changed the outcome and changed my opinion of this companyā€

ā€œHad high hopes for this dealership but unfortunately just a let down. The buying process went well, sales guy was nice but thats how sales work. After less then a week of having my vehicle, I had issues with it. Reached out to my sales guy who told me service would get in touch with me to setup an appointment. After a week and multiple messages with him still no response from the service department. Finally received a call and was able to schedule an appointment. Dropped my vehicle off next day and was explained the diagnosis. They had the part in stock and said they could have it done by the end of the day. Then was told I had to pay a $200 deductible for repairs... its not much but after spending 35k on a new vehicle I wasn't trying to pay that. Told the service advisor that I wasn't going to pay that and asked how much was just the part they needed to replace. He advised me it was $1,500. Im assuming a tactic to get me to pay the cheaper $200 deductible. Ive been a mechanic for over 17 years and never seen that part that expensive. Reached out to my gm parts guy and was told the oem part to repair my vehicle was only $125ish. Called back and asked the service advisor to give me a part number and an exact price on the part they said failed. Sure enough same part number I got from another gm dealer but with a big price difference. Asked him again if he still had the part in stock and he told me yeah and they could get it done by the end of the day. Told him I was going to do the repairs myself and he seemed confused and elaborated its an extensive job. Then I replied that I was just going to do the repairs at my own shop. This experience is one of the reasons why I dont inform anyone im a mechanic when buying a vehicle. You wonder how many people at dealerships get taken advantage of not knowing anything about cars. Definitely makes us mechanics look bad. Ill be reaching out to the attorney General to look into this issue and hopefully prevent anyone else from getting taken advantage of.ā€

ā€œI’ve been a loyal customer and part of the Walser family for over two years now. During that time, I’ve always appreciated the dealership’s clean and welcoming location, easy booking system, and solid service availability. I’ve brought my vehicle in dozens of times, and those visits were mostly smooth and well-handled. However, my most recent experience was deeply disappointing and emotionally exhausting. Despite my regularity, I was never offered a loaner or rental car, even when service stretched into a few days or weeks. My vehicle was held for over 23 daysšŸ˜ for an engine replacement — and according my multiple calls I finally learned that their service manager and around his circle intentionally delay included over six days of unnecessary hold after the engine had already arrived. Why? I really don't know or understand. May be I question to much about the service...or people like me are not welcomed there... What hurt most wasn’t just the delay, but the attitude and tone from the service manager. Questions that any customer has the right to ask were met with defensiveness and an uncomfortable sense that I didn’t belong there. It was unprofessional, insensitive, and frankly traumatizing....It has been long time since such kind of service providers doesn't exisit anymore in my part of the world, let alone here😐. The drama continues...After nearly a month without my vehicle, I finally got it back dirty, greasy, and full of dust, not even washed as a complimentary service they always provide. Of course they took it personal! That said, I still believe Walser GMC can be an excellent place to buy and service vehicles if they take this feedback seriously and address these issues with respect and accountability. I truly hope to see improvement, and if that happens, I’ll be the first to update this review positively. A two-year loyal customer who still believes in betterā€

ā€œCame in looking for a truck. Was greeted with professionalism, respect and sale staffs were super friendly. Sales manager was super friendly as well. Great communications from beginning to end. It was a no pressure atmosphere. Ended buying a brand new AT4 HD. Was very happy with my buying experience from Walser Buick GMC Roseville! Highly recommended and we most definitely will come back for our next vehicle. -Nosā€
