β€œI recently returned a Kia Seltos October 2025 & went into another KIA Seltos but I Will Never lease/purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. My salesman Tyreese rushed me through the process. The finance manger was rude, abrasive & very arrogant. I was in the dealership after they closed & my salesman rushed me through the process of going over the features. The vehicle was not cleaned to satisfaction, so I had to take it to Mr. C's to be cleaned. I was just there on February 16th regarding the remote starter & The so called service manager Sean was rude, being a smart ass & even had the nerve to try to be aggressive. I made a complaint to my salesman who claimed he was going to call me back after speaking with his manager but never did. My daughter was considering getting a vehicle that day but after this: I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND OR LEASE/PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE HERE EVER.”

β€œRegrettably, my experience with this dealership has been disappointing. Despite numerous attempts, I haven't received responses to my texts or emails to try and rectify the situation. I purchased a Kia Sorento a few weeks ago and promptly noticed issues, including clear coat peeling off the front bumper and a persistent whirring noise in the steering wheel. Salespeople assured me there were no problems, but now I'm facing costly repairs, with a quote of almost $2,000 for the paint and the possibility of replacing the entire steering column. The most frustrating part is that I bought this car as a surprise for my wife, which was a significant moment. Imagine my frustration and embarrassment as she began noticing all these issues. Not the surprise that I had hoped for. If you're considering this dealership, my advice to future buyers is to exercise caution.”
