“I recently returned a Kia Seltos October 2025 & went into another KIA Seltos but I Will Never lease/purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. My salesman Tyreese rushed me through the process. The finance manger was rude, abrasive & very arrogant. I was in the dealership after they closed & my salesman rushed me through the process of going over the features. The vehicle was not cleaned to satisfaction, so I had to take it to Mr. C's to be cleaned. I was just there on February 16th regarding the remote starter & The so called service manager Sean was rude, being a smart ass & even had the nerve to try to be aggressive. I made a complaint to my salesman who claimed he was going to call me back after speaking with his manager but never did. My daughter was considering getting a vehicle that day but after this: I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND OR LEASE/PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE HERE EVER.”
